Q. Tell everyone who you are and what you do.

A. I’m Rebecca Lynn Pope. I’m a CEO, wife, mother, Abundant Life & Love Coach, pastor, author, and influencer. I coach and teach people how to get unstuck in life and heal their hearts and minds in order to live abundantly.

Q. Let’s talk a little bit about your journey and how you became the woman you are today?

A. I’ve gone through a lot of hell before I got to my heaven. Lots of loss, failure, trial and error, before finally learning what is best for me.

Q. What do you enjoy most about motherhood?

A. I have 3 sons and a bonus daughter. What I love most is nurturing them to be their best and reach their full potential.

Q. Can you tell us what you find most challenging about being a mom?

A. One of my biggest challenges is letting your children learn their own lessons. As a mother, you want to protect your children from pain, but pain is necessary for growth.

Q. Let’s talk about “Abundant Life Path” and the motivation behind it?

A. Abundant Life Path came about organically as I was coaching clients through the difficult places of life. One step led to the next and the next. When I combined all of these courses and steps together, I called it the Abundant Life Path. It’s all about the journey.

Q. What are some of the programs that your company offer?

A. We offer masterclasses on Dating and Healing. We also offer business courses and certifications for life coaches.

Q. Let’s talk about “Marry Me Now” and how it empowers women?

A. Marry Me Now was like a social experiment to see what happens if do a role reversal on who proposes marriage. I think it’s important that women don’t get stuck in long term relationships just “waiting” on their boyfriend to propose.

Q. What’s one of your most memorable moments you’ve had being a mom?

A. My most memorable moments are of holding my sons as infants. Holding their tiny little hands in my own. So small, so precious, such miracles. I cherish those memories especially as they are all three grown men and over 6’ tall. Lol.

Q. Are you working on any projects for 2022?

A. I’m currently working on 2 new book projects and a new non-profit to help heal issues facing couples and families.
