Nei confronti di bottiglie e lattine, la spillatura causa un’emissione di CO2 decisamente inferiore, limitando quindi il rischio della dispersione di gas serra responsabili del riscaldamento globale (Global Warming) all’interno dei circuiti refrigeranti. Produzione industriale sostenibile, nuovi materiali ecocompatibili, ridotti i consumi di energia, utilizzo più efficiente delle macchine per l’utente, più facile ripararle e, alla fine, smaltirle: un’azienda così attenta all’ambiente non poteva dunque non occuparsi anche di acqua.

Oggi CELLI S.p.A. ha potenziato la sua Divisione Acqua, rendendola autonoma, Il know-how tecnologico e l’esperienza che la vedono leader nel dispensing equipment, consentono oggi a CELLI di arricchire la propria gamma di prodotti con una linea tutta dedicata ad erogatori d’acqua. ALMA / CELLI WATER DIVISION va così incontro ad una domanda sempre più crescente, quella del consumo di acqua potabile di acquedotto. The ALMA / CELLI WATER DIVISION responds to a growing demand for fresh aqueduct water. Ecosostenibilità Il progetto Alma è nato per creare un sistema sostenibile e rispettoso dell’ambiente e per soddisfare una domanda crescente: quella del consumo di acqua potabile di acquedotto. Noi Italiani siamo tra i maggiori consumatori al mondo di acque minerali, con un consumo medio annuo di circa 200 litri pro capite. Facendo un semplice calcolo matematico vediamo che affluiscono nelle discariche pubbliche più di 5 miliardi di bottiglie di plastica ogni anno (circa 130.000 tonnellate). In Italia solo una piccola parte di queste bottiglie viene avviata al riciclo, il resto provoca un forte impatto sull’ambiente. Consumiamo petrolio ed energia per la produzione delle bottiglie, abbiamo problemi per lo smaltimento del rifiuto e produciamo una gran quantità di CO2 ed altri gas inquinanti a causa dei mezzi che ogni giorno provvedono alla distribuzione delle bottiglie stesse. Alcuni importanti studi evidenziano che per la produzione di 1 Kg di PET, che corrispondono a circa 30 bottiglie da 1,5 litri, sono necessari
circa 2 Kg di petrolio, 17,5 litri di acqua e vengono rilasciati in atmosfera 40 grammi di idrocarburi, 25 grammi di ossidi di zolfo, 18 grammi di monossido di carbonio e 2,3 Kg di anidride carbonica. È paradossale pensare che si consuma per produrre il solo contenitore oltre un terzo dell’acqua che si trasporta.
Eco-sustainability The Alma project was conceived to create a sustainable system respectful of the environment, and to satisfy a growing demand for consumption of fresh aqueduct water. Italy is the main consumer of mineral water in the world, with an annual average per-capita consumption of 200 litres.
A titolo di esempio, stimando un’erogazione media di 1.500 litri/gg pari a circa 45.000 litri/mese equivalenti a 30.000 bottiglie da 1,5 litri di PET, con FonteAlma, ogni mese, si riduce l’immissione in atmosfera di 2.300 Kg di CO2, con un risparmio di 17.500 litri di acqua relativi alla sola produzione delle bottiglie.
Based on a simple mathematical calculation, we can conclude that more than 5 billion plastic bottles (approximately 130,000 tons) are disposed of in public landfills every year. While only a small share of these bottles are recycled in Italy, the others impact severely on the environment. Oil and energy are consumed for bottle production, waste disposal is a challenge, and huge amounts of CO2 and other polluting gases are generated by the vehicles that distribute bottles every day.

Important studies show that producing 1 kg of PET, which corresponds to approximately 30 1.5 lt bottles, requires about 2 kg of oil and 17.5 lts of water, and 40 grams of hydrocarbons, 25 grams of sulphur oxides, 18 grams of carbon monoxide, and 2.3 kg of carbon dioxide are released into the atmosphere. Paradoxically, over one-third of the transported water is consumed only to produce its container. By way of example, with an estimated average distribution of 1,500 lts/day with FonteAlma, which means approximately 45,000 lts/month equivalent to 30,000 1.5 lt PET bottles, CO2 emissions into the atmosphere are reduced by 2,300 kg each month, thus saving 17,500 lts of the water used for bottle production alone.

Nelle soluzioni Alma per l’Hospitality la tecnologia adottata è la microfiltrazione, che permette di ottenere un’acqua di buon sapore, priva del cattivo odore di cloro e di eventuali impurità presenti nella rete idrica, mantenendo inalterati i suoi contenuti di sali minerali. Oltre alla microfiltrazione, per rendere l’acqua ancora più sicura, vengono utilizzate lampade UV con potente capacità battericida.
The technology adopted for the Alma Hospitality solutions is microfiltration, which allows to obtain water with a good taste and free of bad chlorine smells and impurities from the water mains, yet with the same mineral salt contents. UV lamps with powerful anti-bacterial properties are used in addition to microfiltration to make water even safer.

The Alma jugs have two different custom-made options – for still water and for sparkling water – to bring the Alma brand directly to the table of the concerns. Elegantly designed, they have broad necks to ensure thorough hygiene and thus serve even safer water to customers. The presence of Alma water in a public concern is directly communicated at the entrance to the premises with the customized window sticker. The Qr-code refers directly to the Alma section in the new Celli website for even more effective communication.
