CEMS COMMON APPLICATION FORM FOR ENTRY INTO THE CEMS MASTER’S IN INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT Please complete both parts of the application form and consult your school’s CEMS co-ordinator for additional requirements and deadlines. This form should be completed in English, which is the CEMS working language.

This form, and all other required documents (e.g. TOEFL/IELTS result sheets, CV, motivation letter), should be handed in or e-mailed to your school’s CEMS co-ordinator (check with your co-ordinator). The application form will be used by your school as part of the selection process. The selection process is run entirely by your CEMS school.
