UNCTAD’s Business Schools for Impact internship programme has been launched, with almost two dozen top quality internships available in locations around the world.
Graduates have their pick from opportunities in Argentina, Brazil, China, India, Jordan, Kenya, Mauritius, Philippines, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Uganda, Uruguay and Zambia.
The enterprises hosting interns operate over a broad spectrum of sectors ranging from clean energy to education, and waste management to construction, cosmetics and others.

The initiative is a major push to turn the attention of business students towards needs in low-income countries and communities and reorient business education to teach skills students can harness to find solutions for the development challenges in these countries. The platform collates teaching materials, case studies and internships with an impact dimension and is open for registration and participation by all business school educators and students.
