CEMS Head Office Trainee Employer: CEMS The Global Alliance in Management Education Location: Jouy en Josas (Paris), France Period : 1 September – 31 December 2013 Pay: 1000 euros net / month Deadline for application: 25 June 2013 Your main missions: - To act as right hand of CEMS Career Forum project manager - To assist in the preparation of the CEMS Graduation Ceremony ; to work on the communications/corporate relations department projects CEMS Career Forum 2013: Support in the final weeks of organization of the CEMS Career Forum that comprises a number of events and one-day job fair.

- Update and edition of the event website - Edition of event communication material & PPT presentations - Spot-check of registrations and handling registration enquiries via the dedicated online database - Communication with CEMS students, alumni and corporate partners - Telephone and email support prior to the event - Managing the reception of corporate promotional material - Operational assistance during the event (Budapest, Hungary) - Evaluations, statistics & follow-up Other tasks : - CEMS Annual Events Graduation ceremony design / assistance - Edition of corporate partners information, update of the CP website - Career services website design and edition Your profile: - Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, Other European language is a plus - Business background with interest/experience in event management - Excellent PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop (optional) - Excellent communication skills - Team-work spirit, flexibility, international approach, creativity - Stress resistance, problem solving skills How to apply: Please send your CV and motivation letter to denisa.zichackova@cems.org .
