CEMS is seeking students who are not only successful academically, but also display a high standard of ethical conduct, who are able to draw upon cultural diversity with respect

Selection criteria for the CEMS MIM programme include: / Enrolment in an M.Sc. programme at a CEMS member school / A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s-level education in Management, Economics or related fields / Proven proficiency in English and advanced soft skills / High academic standards and professional skills / An international orientation and openness to different values and cultures / An aspiration to succeed responsibly and ethically in an international business environment

If you meet these criteria then you will face an admissions jury comprising academic and corporate representatives of the alliance. They will assess your skills, qualities and potential not only to excel during the programme but also your ability to make a meaningful contribution to the working world after the programme.


THE MIM CURRICULUM EQUIPPING YOU TO BECOME A GLOBAL LEADER The careful balance of academic theory and business practice proposed by the CEMS MIM means you will be given the opportunity to translate what you learn in the classroom into the real world, giving you a head start for your career. You will be learning all of this from the very best faculty who are leaders in their academic field and seasoned professionals from major global corporations. With 1 or 2 semesters spent abroad in a CEMS member school and an international company internship, the CEMS MIM will offer you unique insight into how other cultures and institutions do business.


BLOCK SEMINARS

SEMESTER ABROAD

Bond with and learn from students and faculty from fellow CEMS member schools during this week-long induction seminar, held at the beginning of the academic year.

Get the very most out of the CEMS learning experience during a complete semester abroad within a cosmopolitan cohort of students, offering a golden opportunity for international integration and cross-cultural learning.

RESPONSIBLE GLOBAL LEADERSHIP SEMINAR – an experiential seminar led by professors and Corporate/Social Partner representatives.

ADVANCED COURSES (MANDATORY & ELECTIVES) Build up a comprehensive base of knowledge via dedicated core courses in Global Strategic Management and Global Management Practice and then pursue a specialisation via a wide portfolio of internationally-focussed electives.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

SKILL SEMINARS

Learn not just to speak but also do business in another language via adapted teaching designed to equip you linguistically for an international business career.

Develop and hone practical business skills to complement your theoretical knowledge via a series of modules devised to provide you with the operational tools needed to succeed in management.

BUSINESS PROJECT

INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP

Work within a team of students on real-life business problem-solving while benefitting from corporate and academic supervision and get a taste for genuine management issues.

Test your readiness to work in another country, in another language and with other cultures by immersing yourself fully into day-to-day working life during this mandatory 10-week internship.
