Job Offer for CEMS Corporate Relations Manager, September 2013 About CEMS CEMS, a strategic alliance of 28 top business schools, over 60 multinational companies and 4 NGOs, is recruiting a full-time Corporate Relations Manager. The position will be based at the CEMS Head Office, on the campus of HEC Paris (Jouy-enJosas, France), in a multicultural team of 14. Mission and responsibilities The principal mission of the Corporate Relations Manager is: • to run the customer relationship management with a portfolio of CEMS corporate partners • to develop corporate partner engagement in the CEMS Alliance and in the CEMS Master’s in International Management programme, in close cooperation with our member schools’ corporate relations managers. This explicitly includes the joint retention of current and prospecting of potentially new corporate partners • to plan and implement a number of regional and global benchmarking/career services events every year, engaging different stakeholders of the CEMS Alliance The frame of activity will be set in a geographical area to be defined, taking into consideration the successful applicant’s preferences and capabilities, in close cooperation with the two other CEMS Corporate Relations Managers, and under the supervision of the CEMS Secretary General in charge of overall Corporate Relations. The position implies travelling in Europe and possibly beyond. Your profile The applicant should speak and write English to a high professional standard. Knowledge in other languages will be a plus, especially in French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese and/or Japanese. The applicant should be computer literate (Pack Office, email, web). A minimum of two to three years of previous professional experience is required, ideally in HR, customer relationship management, career services and/or events management. A Master’s degree will be required. The successful applicant will have a customer and team work oriented personality, and be at ease with working independently. Flexibility and adaptability to diverse cultural environments are a key qualification.
