HILTI: How to stand out when applying for a graduate trainee program

Why do you want to apply for the trainee program? The most important thing is to understand "Why?� Hiring and training a candidate without motivation is clearly a loss of time for the company even if he/she is the brightest person ever. The is the same for candidates, spending time in a trainee program without the perspective of a future career in the company will most likely not be of much benefit. What do you want to achieve in long term? A candidate’s potential for future development might be even more important for the company than his/her past qualifications.
