Interview with CEMS Alumna Katrinna Paredes, Brand Management - Braun Global
My favorite aspects about working at P&G? PEOPLE AT THE CENTER The most fascinating aspect about P&G are the people you work with. From peers to top managers. People are not just smart and nice but also inspiring and striving to bring out the best of every individual. Everybody is available and always happy to help so that you can keep learning and growing. LEADERSHIP FROM DAY ONE The P&G set up enables 100% leadership from Day 1. This is truly rewarding as you act as an entrepreneur for your brand or project. I have been working at P&G for 1 year and I can already see the impact that I could put into place - from innovations to brand strategy and communication. Everybody can make a difference at P&G. My advice for the recruiting process with P&G BE YOURSELF The interview is not only there to judge whether you are a fit for the company but also for you to sense whether we are the right Company for you. Thus, take it as an opportunity for you to get to know us. In my experience, P&G interviewers are genuinely curious about getting to know you. So, relax and be yourself. BE READY WITH SPECIFIC EXAMPLES You should be able to back up all statements and details in your CV and cover letter with specific examples such as previous work experiences and/or university projects. For example, the interviewer might want to understand how you have reacted to different situations in a team.
