Internship opportunities Internship opportunities in all our business areas. The projects are based on 6 months assignments and are available in many of our offices and factories. You will get a supervisor who supports your integration in the company, provides you feedback and coaches your personal and professional development. At the end of the assignment we will assess your contribution and evaluate potential job opportunities. Fast Track Our Fast Track Program is an international graduate program aimed to develop future leaders of the company with different abroad experiences: 1. During 2,5 years you will experience rotations in different EMEA countries. In each job rotation, you will gain experience, exposure to senior leaders, a personal training and development plan and mentoring.

3-months experience in a factory environment, 3 months experience in marketing/sales You will have two roles, each for 12 months in the area that you studied/ suits you best (e.g. Finance, Marketing, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.) You have exposure to challenging projects and will see how your contribution matters! The program will prepare you to join a manager position in the function that fits you best
