Intro-to-Soccer Program for Children Ages 2 to 8 Soccer Shots is an engaging soccer program focusing on character development. Well here we are in the world of the Covid-19 Pandemic. In March, when everything shut down, we had just received our 10,000 printed copies of the Spring Summer 2020 issue. Talk about terrible timing! Fortunately, we were still able to distribute all 10,000 with the last 300 to be distributed at the Metropolitan Libraries which are in the process of reopening to the public. All of our special events where we distribute many of the printed directories were cancelled. Honestly, we weren’t sure if we should go forward or not. Should the 25th year issue be our last? Thanks to our wonderful advertisers, we pushed forward and decided that this issue would be completely virtual. There will be no printed copy with this issue. The good news is since we only publish every six months, with the online version, we can change out advertisements as needed. We will be promoting the directory via extensive paid social media marketing. This directory is going to be a little different - it is entirely in color with no black and white listings. Please refer to the “Advertisers” on page 3 for the index of all of our advertisers. Be sure to sign up for our monthly e-newsletter through our email address or the website. We can get through this together. Please remember to check back online often to see updated ads/new advertisers. September 27 - November 22 The 8th annual Wiggle Out Loud free family music festival starts on September 27, helping kids move and groove their ways to healthier lives. This year’s festival series is coming live straight from your neighborhood (or your living room… or your grandma’s house). All Wiggle Out Loud sponsorships and donations will continue to benefit therapeutic and creative arts programs offered through The Children’s Hospital Volunteers charity. From September 27 to November 22, Wiggle Out Loud will host virtual concerts as well as other educational events. Sunday Live Events will begin at 2 p.m. and stream from the Wiggle Out Loud Facebook Page.
