I am based out of our Northville office and do the majority of my business in Northville and around the surrounding areas. How would you describe the area? What are the things that would attract people to live there?
Northville offers so many different neighborhoods and attractions. Depending on your lifestyle, you can choose from one of the many beautiful subdivisions or live within the downtown Northville boundaries. Downtown Northville is a charming area that is not commercialized, so you’re not going to get chain restaurants or shops. Boutiques and restaurants line the streets, and when the weather is nice, you can find people dining alfresco. There is something about an area with history that makes it very desirable. This town is an excellent place to eat, shop or enjoy the many parks, events and festivals hosted throughout the year. If you live in here, you do not have to go far to grab dinner or hit one of the many attractions to make it a great weekend. What property trends are you seeing in Northville at the moment?
There’s a little bit of everything for everyone from historic homes to brand new construction. As far as locations, it’s one of the more desirable areas to live. I believe people are always going to want to live here. The school 16
