We will set up all inspections on your behalf if requested and will schedule the appointment with the Seller’s agent to gain access to the property. 4. We will provide all documentation to your lawyer once ALL CONDITIONS have been removed. 5. We will provide you with a moving checklist to assist you in organizing and preparing for the move. 6. We will set up a walk-through of the property just prior to possession to be sure no damage has occurred to the property. 7. We will obtain keys on possession day and provide them to you. 8.
