Health & Wellness Savings & Retirement Time & Life Simplicity, Choice & Flexibility Cerner Enviza offers a set of benefits to address your physical, financial and emotional health. At Cerner Enviza, we believe the foundation for a successful career starts with a variety of options that meet your needs while supporting a healthy lifestyle. You are eligible to enroll in Cerner Enviza Benefits on your first day of employment. Eligibility for Cerner Enviza Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be eligible for Benefits. If a benefit provides coverage for a dependent the eligible dependents will generally include your spouse and eligible children.

Healthe at Cerner lets you take an active role in managing and achieving your health and well-being goals; it is our mission to empower associates and their families to obtain their optimal level of health.
Healthe at Cerner offers a variety of well-being programming including: Online wellness classes and webinars. • On-demand Serenity Sessions and Mindful Minutes for guided mindfulness and meditation. • Mental well-being programming through THRIVE, featuring education and resources on topics such as stress management, resilience, sleep, flexible thinking, suicide awareness and more. • Well-Being Connect for daily virtual fitness, mobility and wellness classes, mindfulness and other on-demand classes and activities. •

Health & Well-being About Healthe at Cerner As a consumer of health care, you have the right to information, quality care, expedited reimbursement and increased convenience. You and your family should feel empowered and have the tools to actively manage all aspects of your health and care. Healthe at Cerner sets new standards for consumer-driven health care. By accessing the tools and participating in programs Healthe at Cerner offers, you will create and enhance the connections you need to make the best health care choices for you and your family.
Fitness Reimbursement Cerner Enviza encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a health club reimbursement program for athletic club membership dues at approved facilities. Associates may be reimbursed monthly fees up to an annual maximum of 695 SGD.

Health Care
Health Coverage Cerner Enviza partners with AIA as a preferred health and life insurance provider, which provides you access to care in the event of a routine or emergency medical situation in Singapore. AIA offers rich and comprehensive Group Medical Insurance plan for you and your eligible dependents.
• 100% Premium paid by Cerner Enviza • Dependents are covered by default (Self, spouse and child) Key features of AIA coverage (Singapore residents)

Dental Care Dental Reimbursement Policy Dental Reimbursement Policy for Cerner Enviza applies to all associates employed by Cerner Enviza. This program is available to you and your dependents to assist with costs related to diagnostic and preventive dental care which includes:
• All Full Time and Part Time associates working more than 20 hours per week will be eligible
• Reimbursement up to 360 SGD • Preventive dental care, filling, composites and sealants • Other services, including major dental care are subject to approval

Travel Plans ACE Travel Assistance Cerner Enviza provides travel life, accident and emergency medical insurance plans for associates and their eligible dependents at no cost. All eligible associates are automatically enrolled. These benefits are insured by ACE American Insurance Company.
Travel Emergency Medical Travel protection insurance is provided to Cerner Enviza associates travelling on international business. The plan provides the following types of coverage: ◼ Secondary Medical Insurance for Accidents and Illness ◼ Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation ◼ Medical assistance services ◼ Personal assistance ◼ Travel assistance This plan is secondary insurance and will pay covered claims after any other insurance or national health care payments are made.
Travel Life and Accident This Plan insures you if you experience a loss while traveling on business for Cerner Enviza (including personal deviation for up to 14 days) excluding normal commuting to and from work.

Time Off Time Off
As a Cerner Enviza associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off from work regularly for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Associates are entitled to a range of 20 to 25 days of annual leave per calendar year depending on their current job level. Part time associates accrue annual leave on a pro-rated basis.
Illness
Cerner Enviza Time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home from work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner Enviza also offers disability benefits for all eligible associates. Associates can take 5 to 14 calendar days (No Hospitalization) in aggregate of each calendar year available, and 15– 60 calendar days (Hospitalization), based on the length of service.
Holiday
Cerner Enviza recognizes 11 statutory public holidays each year.

Leaves & Life Insurance Leaves Cerner Enviza provides a comprehensive set of absence policies to allow associates the ability to balance personal and work needs.
• Maternity Leave - First 8 weeks 100% base pay • Paternity Leave– 100% base pay for 2 weeks
Life Insurance and AD&D The Life Insurance benefit provided by AIA aims to provide a lump sum life insurance benefit to the family and/or estate in the event of an associate’s death. Cerner Enviza covers all full time associates.
• Life coverage is equal to twenty four times last basic monthly salary. Accidental Death is covered by Chubb Singapore • Sum insured equals to twenty four times your basic monthly salary.

My Life Resources Associate Assistance Program My Life Resources, provided by Spring Health, is our Associate Assistance Program (EAP). My Life Resources is here to help and guide you in taking the steps to a healthier, more vibrant life. Access confidential tools and services to empower you and your family through a variety of different situations. Services are at no cost to you and your household members, and are available via telephone or online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Additional Benefits Flu Vaccination Reimbursement Cerner Enviza offers associates a reimbursement for their Flu Vaccination at a maximum reimbursement amount of 40 SGD per year.
