Health & Well-being Savings & Retirement Time & Life Simplicity, Choice & Flexibility Cerner offers a set of benefits to address your physical, financial and emotional health. At Cerner, we believe the foundation for a successful career starts with a variety of options that meet your needs while supporting a healthy lifestyle.
You are eligible to enroll in Cerner Benefits on your first day of employment. Eligibility for Cerner Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be eligible for Benefits. If a benefit provides coverage for a dependent the eligible dependents will generally include your spouse, opposite and same-gender domestic partners, and eligible children. 3

Healthe at Cerner lets you take an active role in managing and achieving your health and well-being goals; it is our mission to empower associates and their families to obtain their optimal level of health.
As a consumer of healthcare, you and your family should feel empowered with the necessary tools and resources to actively manage all aspects of your health and care. Healthe at Cerner programs, tools and services are available to support you in making the best healthcare choices for you and your family.

Health & Well-being Health and Well-being Programming Healthe at Cerner offers a variety of programs, tools and resources to help you be proactive in your health and overall well-being, including: • • • • •
Online wellness classes and webinars. On-demand Serenity Sessions and Mindful Minutes for guided mindfulness and meditation. Mental well-being programming through THRIVE, featuring education and resources on topics such as stress management, resilience, sleep, flexible thinking, suicide awareness and more. Well-Being Connect for virtual fitness, mobility and wellness classes, mindfulness, blogs and other on-demand classes and activities. Comprehensive support through My Life Resources, Cerner’s Associate Assistance Program, including access to therapy services, financial and legal consultation, research and referral services, tobacco cessation support and more. See page 10 for more details.
Physical Well-being Highlights On-Demand Fitness Cerner provides associates easy access to over 100 different fitness class options using an ondemand fitness app. All classes are available at no cost to associates and eligible dependents and can be done anytime, anywhere. Classes range from Bootcamp to Barre, Strength Training to Stretching, Mobility, Meditation, and more. Once connected, search the app for classes based on format, length, instructor, level or language. Musculoskeletal Health Cerner offers a variety of programs and services designed to help you manage your musculoskeletal health and enable you to move with more comfort and ease. We use a movement-based treatment approach to improve joint health, mitigate injury and enhance performance. One of these programs, Build Better Joints, is completely virtual in design and guides associates through eight weeks of mobility routines and curated educational resources. With courses specific to the neck and shoulders, lower back and knee, Build Better Joints can be your first step to a more active, pain-free life.

Health
Healthcare The GAN plan is available to you and your family on your first day of employment, should you choose to enroll. Coverage is provided for:

Travel ACE Travel Assistance Cerner provides travel life, accident and emergency medical insurance plans for associates and their eligible dependents at no cost. All eligible associates are automatically enrolled. These benefits are insured by ACE American Insurance Company.
Travel Emergency Medical Travel protection insurance is provided to Cerner associates travelling on international business. The plan provides the following types of coverage: • Secondary Medical Insurance for Accidents and Illness • Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation • Medical assistance services • Personal assistance • Travel assistance This plan is secondary insurance and will pay covered claims after any other insurance or national health care payments are made.
Travel Life and Accident This Plan insures you if you experience a loss while traveling on business for Cerner (including personal deviation for up to fourteen days) excluding normal commuting to and from work.

Salary continuation while on leave may be provided by Cerner, social security programs or a combination of both.
Life and Disability Insurance: Prevoyance The life and disability plan (Prevoyance) is a mandatory benefit offered to our Enviza France associates. Life Insurance • Cadre—2.8x base annual salary in case of death. • Non-Cadre—2x base annual salary in case of death. Accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) is equal to 1x base annual salary for all associates. Permanent disability is provided to all associates and coverage is based off impairment level. Please see life and disability policy for more details.

Time Off Time Off
As a Cerner Enviza associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off from work regularly for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Associates are eligible for 25 paid days of vacation per vacation year, with additional days earned based off years of continual full-time service to a maximum of 30 days. Vacation days are accrued monthly at a prorated rate concurrent with months from January 1st through December 31st. Vacation accrued from the previous year will be front loaded on January 1 the following year.
In addition to Annual Leave, eligible associates are granted Réduction du Temps de Travail (RTT) days each year.
Illness
Cerner Enviza time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home from work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner also offers disability benefits for all eligible associates: • • •
The first three days of absence are paid by Cerner Enviza. Associates with 1 to 5 years’ seniority receive 100% gross remuneration the first month and 80% of their gross remuneration for the 2 following months. After 5 years seniority associates receive 100% gross remuneration the first 2 months and 80% the next month.
Holiday
Cerner Enviza recognizes the standard public holidays each year when the office will be closed. There are additional specific days for Enviza France provided, and they are listed on the Enviza France time off policy.

My Life Resources Associate Assistance Program My Life Resources, provided by Spring Health, is our Associate Assistance Program (EAP). My Life Resources is here to help and guide you in taking the steps to a healthier, more vibrant life. Access confidential tools and services to empower you and your family through a variety of different situations. Services are at no cost to you and your household members, and are available via telephone or online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Additional Benefits Meal Vouchers All associates under Kantar Health S.A.S. (Enviza France) payroll are eligible for meal vouchers. The daily value of meal vouchers is €9 with associates contributing €3.82 and Cerner contributing €5.18. Meal vouchers are provided in the beginning of the month based off number of working days in that month while deducting actual absences from previous month. For example, if February has 22 working days, but associate A had 3 absences in January, Associate A would receive 19 meal vouchers in February.
