Health & Wellness Savings & Retirement Time & Life Simplicity, Choice & Flexibility Cerner Enviza offers a set of benefits to address your physical, financial and emotional health. At Cerner Enviza, we believe the foundation for a successful career starts with a variety of options that meet your needs while supporting a healthy lifestyle. You are eligible to enroll in Cerner Enviza Benefits on your first day of employment. Eligibility for Cerner Enviza Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be eligible for Benefits.

Healthe at Cerner Enviza Cerner Enviza supports and encourages healthy lifestyles through what we call Healthe at Cerner, our coordinated programs and services around health and well-being, designed for you and your family members. Healthe at Cerner lets you take an active role in managing and achieving your health and well-being goals; it is our mission to empower associates and their families to obtain their optimal level of health.

As a consumer of healthcare, you and your family should feel empowered with the necessary tools and resources to actively manage all aspects of your health and care. Healthe at Cerner programs, tools and services are available to support you in making the best healthcare choices for you and your family.

Health & Well-being Health and Well-being Programming

Healthe at Cerner offers a variety of programs, tools and resources to help you be proactive in your health and overall well-being, including: • Online wellness classes and webinars. • On-demand Serenity Sessions and Mindful Minutes for guided mindfulness and meditation. • Mental well-being programming through THRIVE, featuring education and resources on topics such as stress management, resilience, sleep, flexible thinking, suicide awareness and more. • Well-Being Connect for virtual fitness, mobility and wellness classes, mindfulness, blogs and other on-demand classes and activities. • Comprehensive support through My Life Resources, Cerner Enviza’s Associate Assistance Program, including access to therapy services, financial and legal consultation, research and referral services, tobacco cessation support and more. See page 10 for more details.

Physical Well-being Highlights

On-Demand Fitness Cerner Enviza provides associates easy access to over 100 different fitness class options using an on-demand fitness app. All classes are available at no cost to associates and eligible dependents and can be done anytime, anywhere. Classes range from Bootcamp to Barre, Strength Training to Stretching, Mobility, Meditation, and more. Once connected, search the app for classes based on format, length, instructor, level or language. Musculoskeletal Health Cerner Enviza offers a variety of programs and services designed to help you manage your musculoskeletal health and enable you to move with more comfort and ease. We use a movement-based treatment approach to improve joint health, mitigate injury and enhance performance. One of these programs, Build Better Joints, is completely virtual in design and guides associates through eight weeks of mobility routines and curated educational resources. With courses specific to the neck and shoulders, lower back and knee, Build Better Joints can be your first step to a more active, pain-free life.

Healthcare

Health Coverage Cerner Enviza offers you a robust health insurance coverage through Kyobo Life Insurance. Kyobo Life has its core values of customer-centricity, honesty and sincerity, challenge and creativity into action. Furthermore, they are transparent and sustainable management practices has built a trust-based relationship between the company and its customers. Cerner Enviza provides the coverage for South Korea associates.

Travel Plans ACE Travel Assistance Cerner Enviza provides travel life, accident and emergency medical insurance plans for associates and their eligible dependents at no cost. All eligible associates are automatically enrolled. These benefits are insured by ACE American Insurance Company.

Travel Emergency Medical Travel protection insurance is provided to Cerner Enviza associates travelling on international business. The plan provides the following types of coverage: ◼ Secondary Medical Insurance for Accidents and Illness ◼ Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation ◼ Medical assistance services ◼ Personal assistance ◼ Travel assistance This plan is secondary insurance and will pay covered claims after any other insurance or national healthcare payments are made.

Travel Life and Accident This Plan insures you if you experience a loss while traveling on business for Cerner Enviza (including personal deviation for up to fourteen days) excluding normal commuting to and from work.

Time Off Time Off

As a Cerner Enviza associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off from work regularly for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Based on your employment history and age, annual leave of 12 - 25 days begins accruing after the first day of employment for full-time associates, depending on the start date.

Illness

Cerner Enviza Time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home from work until you are well enough to return to work. If you are undergoing a medical treatment due to disaster or disease other than work, in this case leave can be taken within 30 days. The accumulated paid leave is given priority during the sick leave period is used and unpaid for rest of the period.

Holiday

Cerner Enviza shall observe holidays in accordance with the law.

Leaves & Life Insurance Leaves

Cerner Enviza provides a comprehensive set of absence policies to allow associates the ability to balance personal and work needs.

• Maternity Leave - 60 days paid at 100% • Paternity Leave– 10 days paid at 100%

Life Insurance and AD&D

Cerner Enviza is partnered with Samsung Life Insurance for Life insurance coverage. Samsung Life commits to developing into global company through continuous change, innovation, and challenge efforts. Also, focused on creating a harmonious society through practicing social welfare service and conducting ethical management. Cerner Enviza provides the coverage for all South Korea associates.

My Life Resources Associate Assistance Program My Life Resources, provided by Spring Health, is our Associate Assistance Program (EAP). My Life Resources is here to help and guide you in taking the steps to a healthier, more vibrant life. Access confidential tools and services to empower you and your family through a variety of different situations. Services are at no cost to you and your household members, and are available via telephone or online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Additional Benefits Allowances: Title Allowance Cerner Enviza offers title allowance to associates at Cerner job level M4 and above. This allowance is included in salary and paid monthly.

Welfare points (Ezwel) The Flex points are granted once probation period is completed as per Cerner job level eligibility, typically 6 months after the hire date. Associates have to use their points within the year.

Wedding Allowance Cerner Enviza offers time off / congratulatory allowance for wedding of the associate, associate’s child, associate’s sibling, and parents of the associate and associate’s spouse.

Birthday Allowance Cerner Enviza offers time off / congratulatory allowance for birthdays of the employee and 61st/ 70th birthdays of the parents of the employee and the employee’s spouse.

Birth Allowance Cerner Enviza offers gifts upon birth of the employee’s child and entrance of elementary school (stationary).

Bereavement allowance Cerner Enviza offers time off/ allowance, for death of the employee, employee’s spouse, parents of the employee and his/her spouse, and grandparents of the employee.
