What is "FIBRE"? FIBRE is a substance that we can find mainly in vegetable foods, like: - Fruits and vegetables, - Legumes and - Cereals and bread (but FIBRE is not a type of nutrient)

To have fun, you must practise sport safety: 1.- WARM UP: Stretch your body before starting

2.- PROTECTIVE GEAR and SHOES Wear a helmet and pads on your elbows and knees. Use appropriate shoes

3.- MODERATION: Rest and drink when you need it

4.- COOL-DOWN: Stretch again and relax after exercising
