Long-Term: Full-time and Part-time after Three months

60% of Salary for up to 6 weeks

May not exceed 12 weeks within consecutive 12 month period

Parental Leave/ Medical Leave/ Family Caregiving Leave: Full-time and Part-time after Three months

Continued payment of employer contributions toward employee benefits for up to 6 weeks

Retirement - 403(b) Eligibility

Voluntary Employee Contribution Full-time and Part-time on Date of Hire

Employer Contribution equal to 8% Employee’s Base Salary Full-time and Part-time after 1 year + 1 month
