Residential Garden 57 Davies Road Claremont WA 6010 The residential garden consists of low and high maintenance areas, non-irrigated and irrigated areas on the front yard of the site.

Planting Concept David (the homeowner) wishes to have his front garden planted in a way which he has a sense of prospect refuge. As his house is located on a higher ground, the front porch area allows him to look over at people walking by and also enjoy his privacy. The plants chosen aim to add colors and bring life to his home and the neighborhood.

Residential Street Verge in Perth 57 Davies Road Claremont WA 6010 The street verge consists of a footpath; non-irrigated, low maintenance choice of planting and parts with full sun area.

Site Condition The street verge in front of the residential garden can be accessed by the public who use the walkway. By introducing plant species that attract butterflies and birds, the planting design aims to encourage neighbors to interact and have conversations comfortably in the shade.
