Significance of Heritage on Site
Building Height Analysis on Site
SCALE: 1:1000

Different building heights creates varying visual porosity and gives a new dynamics to the site.
There is beauty and educational value in the past (heritage and history).
Site is a pass-by space and the functions/ users on site are not interacting with each other/ public.
Planting palette can be improved → Increase green coverage on site → being in a prime location amongst other green parks.
Ideas Proposed for the Site Vision: “To give what you can and take what you need”. There is no definite label as who is the giver and receiver. Aims: To transform Princess May Park into an interactive pit-stop with functions of a home. It ties in with a concept of farm-to-table which serves the users and encourages sharing in the community.
