The development is comprised of three different types of residential buildings: a studio and one-bed tower, mid-sized mid-rise apartment, and townhouses. The layout of different building types corresponds to the surrounding environment such as solar paths, noise level, adjacent building types, and the city zoning plan. The mix of building types draws different types of residents varying in family organization, income, occupations, and life styles which diversifies and vitalizes the neighborhood. Estimated costs and prospected facilities of the neighborhood compensate for one another, resulting in higher quality of living experience for lower cost.
