Block insiders' forest Different Heights of the Floors
For the users of the block, a garden is located on the northwest side.
Irregular change in the heights of the floor of the building allows each floors to have different distinctive atmosphere. There are three different plan types on the east aisle, and two different plan types on the west side. The combinatin of six different plan types with three different height types create 18 different possibilities of plan types.
Cafe and Public Area By eliminating the level difference between the block and the village on the east, This sunken area is open to the public with commercial facilities on the basement of the the office building. This allows easier access to the public area, and at the same time, effectively separates the work space with the public space.
