Stacked Houses
Terraced houses hold several advantages in maximizing outdoor space in multi-floored building. Staggered and stacked floors allow outdoor space for each floor.
Stacked house ties four terraced houses into a single building form by placing each unit in 90 degrees to one next to it. The assembleage of units forms full loop of space with possible complete circulation throughout the building units.
Unlike usual two-stories cohousing, the stacked house allows inbetween outdoor space for each unit on the second floor. Units not only are part of the co-housing community but also are equiped with private space.
Each units are provided with private outdoor space on the second floor
Due to 90 degree rotation, units have individual door front and outdoor space on the ground level
