THIS SEASON IS ABOUT TAKING THE CSO TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

EXPANDING REGIONS

EXPANDING AUDIENCES

We currently serve 13 counties in the Tennessee & Georgia area with our education and engagement programs. We want to further our investment in communities outside of Hamilton County and encourage these communities to feel a part of the CSO.

Many arts organizations are seeking to reach new audiences in today’s ever-changing landscape. We’re expanding our programming and partnerships to reach younger and more diverse audiences with new and exciting concerts.

EXPANDING PARTNERSHIPS

EXPANDING PROGRAMS

The CSO cannot work in a vacuum. We rely on our many partnerships to produce and present the myriad of programs that we offer. As an official partner of Hamilton County Schools, we have a renewed commitment of support for providing music programs to their students, and we are working with several universities and arts organizations on other exicitng projects and programs this season.

We are proud to provide additional opportunitites for young students to learn the value of string instruction by expanding our Strings in Schools program this season. We now serve seven elementary schools, including Orchard Knobb Elementary and Barger Academy. We’re also strenthening our commitment to serve childen of all abilities by enhancing our Sensory Friendly concerts.

The CSO has expansion on our minds. For over 85 years, we have provided quality musical concerts and education programs to the greater Chattanooga community. We not only want to continue what we have done well over the past eight decades, but we also want to expand our reach and impact more members of our community.
