The natural Law of Polarity
Pair of Opposites
The natural Law of Polarity, also referred to as the Pair of Opposites is intertwined with the Law of Gender but is not to be confused as the same thing. Essentially, it means that things that may appear as opposites are actually varying degrees of positive and negative poles or one of the two sides of the same thing. There are two sides of polarity that exists within everything. Everything is dual; everything has poles, everything has its pair of opposites, and the opposites are identical in nature but exist in different degrees.
The natural Law of Polarity, also referred to as the Pair of Opposites is intertwined with the Law of Gender but is not to be confused as the same thing.
When we can see both sides of these polarities operating in the world, we can elevate above the opposing energies and the issues they may generate, by observing them from the neutral state. We can transform our thoughts and transform the situation by simply raising our vibration from out of the polarized state, by holding neutral or Compassionate Witnessing. All manifested things have two sides, two aspects, or two poles. So, taking this intoconsidieration, every person, place or thing will have an energetic polarity in particle matter and its double in anti-particle matter, and that combination is balanced or weighted in one form of energetic polarity or its opposite. Ultimately our spiritual goal is to unify and link up the particle matter and anti-particle matter of our Consciousness and body via the process of polarity integration. Polarity Integration is identifying and locating that consciousness content we have which may be unable to link and bond together, and then intending to unify them through the witness in the neutral point or through the love vibration. This practice is the art of mental alchemy and transmutation of the lower vibration of fear. This is also represented within our physical gender bodies, which express as a polarity in matter form, when incarnated in a male or female body. While our physical body may appear to exist in one polarity form in matter, our internal and external energies exist in both male and female principles simultaneously. Femanale! 8
One will notice the same repeated polarity patterns appearing in some configuration that is in absolutely every energetic force or matter form and that this pattern repeats itself throughout multiple dimensional layers. As an example, all dimensional layers in the Harmonic Universes have interconnected building blocks of matter and anti-matter that are created from positive charge, negative charge, and neutral or Zero Point energy potential.
To create circuits of feedback loops for multiplying open source energy supply, or for directing the finite energy supply to something or somewhere, these charges must attract, link and bond together. The positive or negative charge in the energies are inherent in the forces that are governed by the Law of Gender and the Law of Polarity, and this is the architecture which everything is created from in this Universe. Through the Law of Polarity, there are many soul formation groups on evolution journeys that are primarily weighted in the negative or positive polarity, which can also describe the Service to Self and Service to Others orientation in a specific group consciousness. Where do I begin? This is the question we hear daily from clients. Home-owners know they want to do something new, but don’t have any idea how to get started. Some will say they want to begin with window treatments, or furniture. Others ask if they should start with a color plan. It isn’t always easy to get started, but you can
actually begin anywhere. The possibilities are endless. Before you start though, there are several questions that have to be answered before taking the initial step:

1.Lifestyle Do you have children? What are their ages, hobbies, etc.? If there are young children in your family, which room will they use to entertain their friends? This room will need furniture that fits the lifestyle. Durable, not too expensive (disposable) and especially functional. Do you entertain often? If this is the case, make sure that the areas in your home designated for entertaining have several seating arrangements for conversation. The flow of the room is also important and make sure there is plenty of light.

items that may or may not work – a designer will always let you know if that is the case. Bringing in new pieces to blend with the old can be beautiful if done correctly.
2. Ambience Is your style casual or formal? Do you like to come home, take your shoes off, get comfortable and lounge on your sofa? Do you want your home to feel comfortable and relaxing? If your answer is yes to either question, you are more casual in your surroundings. Your furniture selections would lean towards an overstuffed sofa and chair in a chenille fabric. You may want to keep the color schemes more neutral with just a splash of color throughout the room. Window treatments would be very simple in a contrasting color or fabric.
WHAT COLORS SPEAK TO YOU? It’s easy to pick a favorite color for your rooms. For the visual tension that makes things interesting, however, a single color isn’t always enough. Mixing colors takes some skill, but it shouldn’t intimidate. Begin with your favorite color, then use the simple color wheel lessons on the next few pages to find compatible accents for it. For starters, you can prevent color clashes with a palette from one of four color groups: primary, secondary, tertiary, and monochromatic.
3. Color Scheme When looking at colors for your new or existing home, stop and discuss with your family or significant other what colors make you feel good. Is there any color you absolutely do not want? It’s especially important to keep in mind what the room is being used for. Each room has its’ own character and use – so make sure the right color is used in the right room. 4. Existing Items If you have any items that are heirlooms or just near and dear to your heart, they can be worked into any room makeover. Existing furniture that is still in good condition can be reupholstered to give you the look of new for a fraction of the cost. Many wood pieces can be refinished or faux painted to fit in your new color scheme as well. If there are pieces of art that you still wish to use, a simple change of frame or mats will make any piece of art look great. There might be a few
A STRONG FOUNDATION: PRIMARY COLORS For rooms that come off feeling strong and solid, a scheme of primary colors – red, blue, and yellow – is an ideal choice. Each is a pure color that can’t be created by mixing other hues. Use them in pairs or combine all three; they work equally in country, traditional, and modern rooms. THE NEXT STEP: SECONDARY COLORS Secondary colors – green, orange, and purple – are created by mixing two primaries in equal amounts. Green is made from blue and yellow, orange from yellow and red, and purple from red and blue. Like all colors, each secondary hue can be tinted with white or shaded with black for variations. If you can’t envision a bold orange and green room, think about pairing up their paler tints of peach and sage. The primary and secondary colors illustrate that you can make a compatible triadic scheme by choosing any three colors equidistant on the wheel. INTERMEDIATE PLAYERS: TERTIARY COLORS These colors are an equal mix of a primary plus its closest secondary color: blue-green, yellow-green, red-orange, red-purple, and blue-purple. SINGLE-SHOT COLOR: MONOCHROMATIC What prevents a monochromatic scheme from being bland is subtle variation of a single color’s intensity. For instance, orange, coral, peach offer variety within the same family.
HOW COLOR AFFECTS YOUR MOOD The colors you live with really do influence your emotions. Some palettes lighten and brighten your mood, and others pacify or purify. We respond to color with our hearts, not just our heads, so it’s important to choose wisely. Understand that colors behave in three basic ways- active, passive, and neutral – and you can easily match every room’s colors to your personal desires and taste, and to how you intend to use the room.

Extroverts, these advancing hues step out in the room to greet and sometimes dominate. They inspire conversation and an upbeat attitude. Red, the most intense, pumps the adrenaline like no other hue. Small doses of the fire engine hue wake up an entry or turn up the heat on a hearthside den. Golden or lemony yellows-good for home offices and kitchens-unleash creative juices. COLOR LANGUAGE: *Pink: soothes, acquiesces; promotes affability and affection. *Yellow: expands, cheers; increases energy. *White: purifies, energizes, unifies; in combination, enlivens all other colors. *Black: disciplines, authorizes, strengthens; encourages independence. *Orange: cheers, commands; stimulates appetites, conversation, and charity. *Red: empowers, stimulates, dramatizes, competes; symbolizes passion. *Green: balances, normalizes, refreshes; encourages emotional growth. *Purple: comforts, spiritualizes; creates mystery and draws out intuition. *Blue: relaxes, refreshes, cools; produces tranquil feelings and peaceful moods.

hat Happens To The Physical Body During 3D-5D Ascension?
As third density beings, you are 100% physical. In fourth density, you will become 75% physical. The remaining 25% of your being will be made of pure spirit essence. In other words, you will have 25% the capacity to operate as a spirit being in fourth density! That means 25% the abilities and freedom of a spirit will be yours. Then, as you enter fifth density, you will become even less physical. In fifth density, physicality constitutes only 50% of reality. This is why fifth density is the most popular and most populated density of all. The majority of souls throughout the universe enjoy the half-and-half state of fifth density, for it offers challenges without them being too easy or too difficult. You can think of fifth density as the “Goldilocks’ zone” of the universe where conditions are not too hot or too cold – they are “just right,” for most souls anyway. There are some who do prefer the higher densities and some who prefer the lower. You will reach fifth density reality, the biggest funhouse or playground of the universe, in time. Your crystalline fourth density body will be much different than the body you have now. Your brain will operate much quicker, your muscles will be able to lift heavier weights, you will be able to run faster. Of course, you will also weigh less. You will eat less and sleep less. In fourth density, most beings only require 2 to 3 hours of sleep. Also, your body will no longer produce waste material. Food is converted into 100% energy at the 4D level, so you will no longer excrete bodily waste of any kind. The most exciting difference between your 3D and 4D bodies to us is your nervous system. Currently, your body carries more receptors for pain than for pleasure. You make countless horror movies that capitalize on the severity of pain your bodies can

induce. In 4D, this will no longer be the case. You will become less sensitive to pain while becoming more sensitive to pleasure and beauty, both physically and emotionally. We applaud this tremendously! Time becomes nonexistent at the multidimensional level because, going back to the magnifying glass analogy, you can see that everything exists all at once, and you can literally be in all places at once. The higher you climb the dimensional ladder, the more you will become spirit-like in nature. In fourth density reality, your perception of space and time will be different. In general, you will find that time is more flexible, not set in stone. You will have some conscious ability to move slightly forward or backward in time, as you perceive time. For example, if you are 15 minutes late for an appointment, you might find yourself arriving just in time despite whatever obstacles. Or if you think you are arriving too early for a party, you might find yourself arriving just in time as well. Time will adhere to your will, to some degree, more so than it does now in 3D. Time operates with greater synchronicity in fourth density. One interesting prediction we would like to make for this ascension process is that psychics, mediums, and channelers will be out of business by 2027. By this year, all of you will be full-fledged psychics. There will be no need to turn to another human for psychic insight or guidance because you will have your own psychic link to the cosmos and your spirit guides. The only ones who will require psychic counseling will be children and other individuals whose psychic senses have not fully developed or who need assistance in understanding their psychic perceptions. Most of you will become psychically independent, able to read energetic currents and impressions with clear analysis. Telepathy is a whole new level of communication. When your race becomes telepathic, you will discover various new ways of interacting with each other. There are telepathic ways to be mischievous, flirtatious, loud, quiet, humorous, etc. For example, within The Pleiadian Alliance, in moments of rest or “break time,” we might attempt to amuse each other with acts of trickery. One basic example is we might verbally tell someone to go left while telepathically telling them to go right. We find causing this type of confusion very humorous. Another example, a man might radiate a telepathic signal that attempts to convince others he is an animal, or a chair, or a female. We trick and tease each other like this all the time. You will discover exciting new ways of playing with one another as you become more telepathic. There many myths on your world about the psychic nature of animals. Many reports tell of radical instinctual behavior that animals display prior to an imminent disaster. It is no secret that animals are more psychic than humans. As more genetic upgrades occur, you will find yourselves becoming much more intuitive like your animal counterparts. In time, all of Earth’s creatures will be psychically in tune with her. Crystal Singing Bowls WH AT AR E CR YSTAL SI N G I N G B OWL S ? Singing Bowls produce a harmonization between their vibration and that of the person. Resonance is the principle on which vibrational medicine works. Resonance is the capacity of a certain vibration to produce a response in something with a similar vibration. The vibration of Crystal bowls has the power to make atoms vibrate and reorganize themselves in a crystalline structure, which is stronger, healthier and more balanced. The sound will affect the whole individual in a holistic manner, balancing first the energetic body and chakras and then cleaning the auric field. The vibration actually spikes the spinal cord which acts as a strong resonance vehicle sending the waves through the nervous system, cells, tissue and organs. These tones or vibrations bring the individual playing or listening into heightened states of consciousness because of the effect on inter-neuronal connections. The sound waves produced by the bowls induce a state of relaxation similar to the practice of long term meditation. While in this relaxed state induced by the bowls the mind guides the consciousness on an inner journey giving sensation of what Zen Masters call “filling oneself up with emptiness”. Each month we will feature 3 Artists. The theme is Ascension. Our first Artist is Regina Bellamy. From the UK. I Love the way she creates her collages in her own unique style filled with elegance and joy. We want to heal; we want to understand. And while many l essons have been laid at my feet, learning to accept myself for all my failures while recognizing my successes despite all these doubts has been the most important. It has also been the hardest. Art has always been my most utilized tool in my ongoing journey of discovery. Just as journaling helps clear a noisy mind, art clears a noisy heart. Each of us have stories and curiosities within, and they are bursting to be released. The results I get when collaging are often surprising as well as satisfying. It’s a freeing experience that anyone of any artistic skillset can do. As I often say, “There is no right or wrong with collage.”

I’ve always been a curious and creative being, so when I started making digital collages two years ago, I was delighted to find I could experiment with all kinds of imagery to produce works that express my inner self as well as ideas of both the known and the unknown. During my 50 years (this time around?) I’ve experienced the negative, the positive, and everything in between. From child abuse to chronic illness, I’ve been repeatedly injured. Life, as it does for everyone, has a way of opening you up to all kinds of emotions and questions. Why did that happen? What are we doing? Where are we going? What options are open to us?

Though I did complete one semester of drawing while attending UNLV after my application to art school was rejected, I’m mostly self-taught. I went on to become a professional photographer and digital artist. Creativity cannot be contained. And I realized, despite the cruel inner dialogue I’d been listening to for so long, that I could succeed. If you do it (whatever it may be) for the love of the process and for yourself, everything else falls into place. This was something I learned early on and I’m happy to share it. I encourage everyone to do what they love. It is key. It’s more than just believing in yourself, it’s loving what you are capable of. Eleven years ago I fought off my anxiety and made the move to the UK from America and I have never been happier. I may have learned many life lessons later than some, but I consider myself lucky to have done so while I still have time to enjoy this life. Hopefully, some of my knowledge can be passed on through my art.

eather Bieber graduated college with a degree in Graphic Communications in Northeast Pennsylvania. She owned her own graphic design studio, Wordpainting, before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1999. There she was employed as Art Director of Showbiz Weekly and later as Managing Editor. Heather moved the Northern California in 2008 to refresh in the giant redwoods and ocean before returning home to Pennsylvania in 2010. “I never really painted until I got to college. I used to draw. Just sit and draw; creating stories in my head to escape. It was my way to build a world where I actually felt wanted and safe. Throughout my life, I have suffered depression, anxiety, emotional and physical abuse and now chronic illness. The arts have saved my soul. Through writing poetry, painting and doing artisan crafts, I realized I could take that raw emotion and channel it into form. I could take control of the anger and the pain I had suffered. I don’t have a particular style. I just paint what I feel.” Having anxiety and low self-esteem have been Heather’s greatest setbacks. She feels medication and therapy help her only so much. They are meant for the mind and chemical make up of the brain. But art cleanses the spirit. It goes deeper and generates a sense of balance. “Anxiety, depression and low self-esteem have been hindrances yet close friends all my life. When I hear or see other artists suffering the same as I have, I am empathetic and yet don’t feel so alone. I am inspired to take my own emotion or idea and convey it into something meaningful. It took a long time for me to overcome my issues enough to show my work. Now, when I sell or give a piece away, it’s the greatest feeling; knowing that piece will touch someone else’s soul.” Heather is influenced also from nature and music to mythology and folklore. “I hear a lyric, read a fairytale or look at a dead vine, Then I take that image from my head and create a piece I can look at later and say, ‘Yes. That’s what I was feeling, thinking or seeing at the moment of conception.’”
Although she was trained as a graphic designer and worked in that field for more than 30 years, Heather says she loves the tactile feel of the paint and other elements with which she works. “I love using my hands to create something that maybe someday, someone will stop, take a look and appreciate the meaning. Maybe they’ll think. And that’s what art should do, provoke you.” Heather continues to show her paintings in galleries and attend art festivals in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Then Sterling appears and leads Sherilyn to the elevator of enlightenment. “I’m so excited to see Joseph again,” Sherilyn conveys. They venture out, of course. Both of them are sitting on sort of a pod, watching the blue babies and baby blue embryos. “They’re very nice to look at,” Frank interjects, crouching in his usual position. “Where are they from?” Sherilyn is so curious. “They’re from what you identify as the Atlantean’s,” Frank answers. “They’re from beneath the water. Frank decided we should view them while he’s in a good mood,” St. Stephan recites. “What do they look like?” she queries St. Stephan. “Because of course, you remember when we go to the Place, Sterling turns into St Stephan his higher self.” “Oh they’re beautiful and interesting,” St. Stephan continues. “I’m seeing them because Joseph talked about protoplasm when he was alive on Earth. I wanted him to see it’s more than what he said. First, he forgot to mention protoplasm has a blue hue. The blue tone is significant for anyone who interprets things within the perception of polarity. He can’t describe something as singularly as he did, um, with his remark on the video regarding reactive protoplasm.” Sterling said this referring to a video Joseph Campbell made with author, journalist and commentator, Bill Moyer. “Let me tap into the pool of knowledge.” Then, Sterling recites: “Protoplasm: The colorless material comprising the living part of a cell, including the cytoplasm, nucleus and other organelles.” This is a mistake Joseph realizes quickly. Frank is showing Joseph

protoplasm. “This is protoplasm Joseph,” Frank points. “Why can’t you see protoplasm has blue energy above the biological reactive substance of its animal nature? It also has a spiritual nature. Even though it’s a rudimentary thing, these two aspects, the spiritual and the animal, work together in conjunction with one another.” “Now Frank instructs Joseph to take a good look,” St. Stephan describes. “In the review of his life Joseph erred by over simplifying, or eliminating, half the polarized condition in the information he released. In his review, Frank wants to make sure Joseph understands this. As he traveled further down the path of his own life lesson he was about to open the door to transcendence. He started falling back and falling short, not completing his previous thoughts due to his own subjective ego, fear of death.” “Mmm-hmm,” Sherilyn replies. “This skewed Joseph’s perception of things,” St. Stephan continues. “Particularly when he grew close to death. Now Frank wants to make sure. It’s like Frank is beating Joseph over the head with it.” “Mmm-hmm,” Sherilyn murmurs again. “Fear was something Joseph knew well.” Frank asks, “Joseph why were you in fear?” “Because I failed,” Joseph answers. “That’s right, you failed right into my sphere,” Frank laughs. “His, sphere?” Sherilyn queries. “Frank, Fear, Failed. It’s all within the same sphere of energy. The ‘F’ sphere. Joseph’s hook was implanted, you know the hook of the letter ‘J.’” “Mmm-hmm,” Sherilyn agrees again. “That’s how it works. Joseph got c a u g h t i n t h a t ,” St . St e p h a n remarks. “You knew your challenge,” Fra n k re l ays to Jo s e p h . “ Yo u
recounted it to others giving your own experience. It was to reject lust and fear. Reject the knowledge of it. And you communicated the situation well. However, when challenged with it personally, your own subjectivity, your fear of your own death and of your own ego came up repeatedly. It tainted your thoughts. This made it easy to successfully trap your spirit. So look at the protoplasm now. You can finally see it for what it really is. Simply explain it to yourself and you’ll have no fear. There’s no fear here; there’s only knowledge.” “Mmm hmm, so explain it Joseph, please,” Sherilyn cajoles. Joseph talks now. “The embryos are blue because they speaks to the spirit. A few can see while in the earth’s sphere what would be ultraviolet radiation, mechanically speaking, the electricity of energy bouncing off things.” “Hmm,” Sherilyn contemplates his words. “This is part of the polarization, observing things in their entirety. I wasn’t doing that at the time. I was trying to reduce things into a singular thought, ignoring polarity,” Joseph says. “Sterling can see what he sees through the feeling in the silence,” Joseph remarks. “He allows his mind to be so open and flat, it touches all sides of his existence. Others can do this too. He’s good at sorting out the things he sees. Nothing is ever all one thing. I should have stopped myself when I was speaking to Moyer that day and I should have said, ‘Excuse me, the truth of it is I’m not quite myself.’” “Mmm-hmm,” Sherilyn comments, “I know you were speaking from your ego self. Maybe hypnosis would have helped you back then. Did you ever try that Joseph?” “No, I did meditation,” Joseph continues. “Color speaks to the

S AL TRU THS- JOSEPH CAMPBELL spiritual quality of matter. Most people see virtually in black and white. Those who don’t are at the opposite end of the color spectrum. They see colors other people don’t see. Violet is particularly important. Blue is of great consequence. I should have been more clear on core issues, like how to position your mind toward any given thought or grouping of thoughts. I’m referring to discussions of how to see both sides of the polarity and to form a triad of the Wise perspective, Knowledgeable perspective, Balanced perspective. It’s putting your mind between the two poles,” Joseph continues, “No matter what you say or think, keep in mind there is a diametrically opposite experience also occurring while you’re thinking it, saying it, or listening to it. Then put your mind in the middle. You want to have that juxtaposition, while speaking to a person or a group. Keep that polarity in mind while thinking or analyzing something. This way the polarization of your mind is balanced. You’ve become as expanded as can be. Then you’d never say something like what I said.” Joseph explains. “Hmm,” Sherilyn’s listening to his words intently. Joseph continues, “Funny because I knew better. But the fear gripped me. And, other things on my mind were distracting me. I was growing bitter, too. I was beginning to feel the loss of what was familiar.” “Mmm-hmm, were you ill? What did you die of?” Sherilyn questioned. “Ultimately I died of old age,” he chuckles. Then he laughs harder. “I died of a rotting body. I knew it was rotting. We might as well call it what it is…” “You died from cancer?” Sherilyn quizzes. “Yes I had that too, he says. But, it was a multiple process thing. My immune
system was giving out and I was experiencing distress. Mostly I suffered an emotional death, even though I was aware of everything happening. I was about to be reborn into another form. I was shackled to my ego, and it skewed my perception.” “I see, but why’s your foot in cement? What does that mean?” she asked. “It’s to teach me a lesson, he replied. I lost my footing. It’s like running a race. When do you know you lost the race? At the end, not in the beginning, not in the middle; you know in the end.” “Ah, right,” she agreed. “I lost my race in the end. I could have won. But I chose not to. It was a conscious decision because the race was within my own mind,” Joseph explained. “What about the log? Why are you sitting on a log?” she asks. “The log represents something I am not to fall off. The log represents stillness, calmness, which equates to my own center, or being centered and still. What do you do when you sit on a log?” Joseph asked. “Be still,” Sherilyn replied. “Yes, and the more still we are the more expanded we become. Therefore sitting on the log is appropriate; falling off the log is not. Losing your footing is a metaphor for being unable to complete the process of metamorphosis from my ego death. Funny because I talked about it all the time while I was on Earth--the death of my physical self, my natural self, resulting in the birth of what obviously would be my spiritual self. The cycle is complete. The two halves are whole and I betrayed my own wisdom. I gave into fear, which is a common failing,” Joseph admits. “Mmm-hmm,” Sherilyn repeats, keeping Joseph’s stream of conscious thoughts going. “This was meant to be viewed as a metaphor, a spiritual birth. The virgin birth
speaks to the polarized opposite — the death of what? It speaks to the human animal, and all that it embodies into the new virgin spiritual self. That’s what the virgin birth is about,” Joseph relays. “Right,” Sherilyn agrees again. “If God, didn’t live in all of us and wasn’t the other half of himself we wouldn’t recognize one another; and if we didn’t live in God and weren’t the other half of that energy, we wouldn’t recognize one another either,” he enlightens Sherilyn. “ R e a l l y, why is that? ” she questioned. He replied, “You can only recognize what’s familiar. That’s how you know when something’s truly foreign; but even that’s a trick. If you recognize something as foreign, then as infinitesimal as it may be, there’s something in that thing that you are calling foreign, in terms of reference that is also identifiable within yourself. If you can’t identify something within yourself at all, when viewing something outside yourself, you can’t see it.” “Hmm, that’s interesting,” Sherilyn ponders the thought. “That’s why the notion of God being totally unlike yourself and unattainable, in terms of purity, is an absurd notion. Its unfortunate that most people’s fear is so great. A small number of men have been at this juncture for millennia, about five thousand years. It’s so easily injected into the minds of both men and women--thought. There must be balance,” he states. “Sterling coined the appropriate word, ‘Femanale’ which represents woman and/ or man.
