Wholegrain Banana, Blueberry and Peanut Butter Loaf Makes one loaf Prep time 10 mins, cooking time 50 mins
Ingredients
• 3 bananas • 100ml Greek yoghurt (or a plant-based alternative) • 50ml olive oil • 1 egg • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon • 100g blueberries • 100g chocolate chips • 100g peanut butter • 300g wholemeal flour • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

Method
1. Heat the oven to 180C and grease a bread tin. Mash the bananas together in a bowl and then add the Greek yoghurt, olive oil, egg, cinnamon and blueberries. Mix well. 2. Add the peanut butter and chocolate chips and mix again. Sieve the flour and baking powder over the mixture, mix then add to the bread tin. 3. Bake for around 50 minutes, remove and allow to cool. Serve with sliced bananas, chocolate chips and blueberries and more Greek yoghurt.
