I hope you are all having a fantastic holiday season! This past month has been incredible, seeing your service grow and clubs stay active. You guys are doing a great job helping the community and involving your members! If you or anyone you know would like to be part of District Board, Staff, or be endorsed for International, please look online for the candidacy form. I am having a phenomenal time serving all of Division 3W, and would absolutely recommend it to you all. If you have any questions at all, feel free to shoot me a text or give me a phone call. District Updates Monthly Reports due on the 5th MONTHLY REPORTS, NEWSLETTERS, AND ARTICLES ARE ALL DUE ON THE FIFTH. Make sure to mail a physical copy to District Secretary Lily Nguyen and please CC me, Regional Advis- Mail them to: er, Judy Pomorski, and your Kiwanis Adviser with a Lily Nguyen, District Secretary copy. T-O Mascot Do you have a great idea of something that would represent our T-O district? Submit your ideas by going online to the District Website and logging in. There is a post under the “Members Only” tab with information about how to submit your idea. All nominees are due by December 15th so get cracking to submit your idea! (Disclaimer: does not have to be an animal)

District Updates District Project Stay updated on the Conversation on Conservation by checking out the District Website for ideas! There is not a new post every time, but the current post is updated monthly with ideas on how to get involved with the project. Remember, its #SaveOrToTheGrave.
DUES ARE DUE BY NOVEMBER 30TH! Make sure to turn in your membership dues by November 30th to remain active. All Early Bird dues must be RECEIVED BY November 1st. If you have any questions about how to update your membership roster or access Membership Update Center, please let me know. Remember, you can update your MUC more than once. It is important to get the BULK of your members’ dues turned in by November 30th though. Check the next few pages
Club Forum Applications Ever wondered what it would be like to teach a forum? Now is your chance! As in the past, we have always invited clubs to apply for their convention attendees to share their unique knowledge and perspective by teaching a forum at district convention. This year is no different, your club could potentially teach a forum at DCON 2016. If selected, clubs will be working closely with the Convention Liaison, Megan Reynosa, to ensure their forum will be the best it can be. Applications are due Dec. 6th! 5
Divisional Divisional Election Conference Division 3W’s DEC will be on January 30th at the Lone Star College Cypress Center at 1:30 PM. It is absolutely important that each club make sure to come and bring atleast 4 voting delegates, as we will be electing the Lieutenant Governor for the 2016 -2017 year. If you are running for LTG, please make sure to have two copies of your candidacy forms at the DEC!

l Updates Ice Skating!!! Per tradition, we will be ice skating at Memorial City Mall this winter break! Our DCM and Ice Skating Event will be on December 19th at 2PM! Come have fun celebrating the holiday season with Division 3W!

November is‌. Kiwanis Family Month and World Prematurity Awareness Month! Kiwanis Family Month: Celebrate the Kiwanis family by keeping the bonds between the different Kiwanis family clubs strong! Start the month off with Key Club week, and continue to grow your bonds by interacting with other clubs. World Prematurity Awareness Month: Help one of our preferred charities, March of Dimes, by raising awareness for premature birth.
