Unfortunately, for some people it goes on for a very long time. And when people who don't invest in things that will bring in income whether they work or not can't work any more, they don't have anything to help them live as comfortably as they are today. Until most people get into a career job that offers good benefits (including a 401k), money is rarely put toward investments. Money is made and spent as fast as it's made, giving a person necessities and comforts of life at the time - and then some, but not allowing much for a prosperous future once job income stops. Everyone at some point in their life must face the reality that a job is not going to give them everything they want or need in life especially a life after retirement age. Investing is something best figured out early in life. To understand how important investing is, you must first understand what investing is. An investment is a method of making money from a one-time effort. Sometimes this effort can be intense and take some time, but it can provide income for many years to come without having to put forth that same effort or time.If you do a bunch of research to buy a house to use as an investment, you only have to do that research one time. Once you buy an investment, it will make money for you with very little effort. If you write a book and put it on a website to sell, you only had

to write a book one time and it will make money for as long as it is active on the website or in a book store. If you research a company stock and find a perfect one, investing some money in it, money then starts doing work and making money without you having to do anything. These are just simple investment examples that do take some effort. The point is that making money from investments is a lot easier than making money at a job if you know what you're doing. A huge difference between an investment and a job is how much time and effort someone has to put into making money. Cool thing about investing in the stock market (whether it be traditional buy/hold/sell trading, 401k investing, or options) is that you only have to learn how to do it once, keep repeating what you learned, and let each dollar you invest do all of the rest of the work for you so you can enjoy life as it was intended. Of course there is one HUGE problem that everybody faces before they can invest. Where do you get money to use to make money? When living life in a "rat race", you eventually get caught up in an impossible circle that is very hard to get out of.Don't worry!You have money... you just don't know it yet! There are ways to make a few changes in your life to start building up "capital" for investing - no matter what type of investing you are looking to start. It will be
slow at first, but it will definitely morph into something you won't believe possible. One way to build up investment capital fairly quickly is opening a "Round Up" Savings Account. This type of capital growing account actually helps you save and build money based on your every day purchases. You attach your checking accounts or credit cards that you spend money on to your Round Up account and for each purchase you make, this account rounds up to the nearest dollar and deposits that rounded up cash into an investment platform that helps your savings grow faster. Not much work, is it? This special investment account does the rest. For example, if you spent $20.57 on something, it rounds that up to $21.00. The round up, or $0.43, is placed in your account which is divided among several stocks based on account settings. If you make 50 purchases from your checking account in a month averaging $0.35 a round up, you will save $17.50 in that month. That's $210.00 in a year saved just by rounding up these purchases. Money invested in this round up account goes up and down with stock market movement. At 5% gain in a year, it will go up by $10.50 more. And some stocks that your money is invested in earn dividends that are automatically reinvested into your account.
This doesn't sound like much, but over time, it will continue to grow. This is an investment in itself and can grow pretty fast if you are consistently adding to it. If you have extra money you'd like to save during a month, you can also make deposits to apply them to your account to grow your account even faster. A Round Up Savings Account is simply a stepping stone to get you to a higher level of investing, which can be a stock trading, option trading, a retirement investment account, real estate, or anything else you can invest that money in to make more money. Once you build up some good investment capital in your Round Up account, you can withdraw it whenever you want and use it to purchase assets (things that earn you money - unlike liabilities) or to invest in stocks to make even more money over time. The coronavirus pandemic is leaving grocery stores without toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and other essentials nearly all over the world. We look around us and see anxious looks on people’s faces, and it is no wonder that we begin to feel stressed and worried. We cannot predict how long our lives will feel like this, so we are all left in a state of hysteria and confusion. This epidemic is leaving us without jobs and income, and it is taking an emotional and mental toll on everyone. When we feel overwhelmed and uncertain, we obsess over the news and try to play out future scenarios in our heads.
However, these techniques leave us in
an even worse state and can be detrimental to mental wellbeing. Identifying what is not in your control and letting go of those worries is key during times of uncertainty like these. Anxiety is inevitable during these unpredictable times, but when we recognize and accept it, we can stay in control of the mind and realize that there are many things that are out of our control. We cannot change the fact that grocery stores are limited, hospitals are at capacity, and we cannot force the isolation rules to be lifted. Instead of over analyzing the news, it is important to recognize that these things are occurring and that everyone is going through these worrying feelings with us, even when we feel alone.

It can be very easy to lay in be all day or not have any structure in your life because you are home all day. 5 Natural Ways to Reduce Stress Stress is everybody’s business. You could think you have it under control, but the truth is that stress has a way of creeping

repercussions. We live in a hectic world, one which requires our stress hormone, cortisol, to work overtime. However, this is far from the way this hormone was meant to act. The body’s stress reaction was supposed to be called into play when man’s survival was threatened, not when he or she was 5 minutes late to work. Today, regardless of what your stressor is, you need to find effective natural ways to reduce it. Do not rely on prescription meds, or consider them, as even though they may offer short term relief, they will make things worse very quickly. Try the following tips and see yourself better for it: EXERCISE Exercise has numerous benefits on physical health, but can also help regulate emotional wellbeing, and reduce the negative results from a stressful lifestyle. Exercise elevated levels of beneficial brain chemicals, known as endorphins, which elevate mood, promote relaxation and counter stress. In addition, exercise also increases testosterone levels, which shares an inverse relationship with cortisol (as one goes up, the other goes down). For best results, exercise a minimum of three times weekly, making sure to include weight bearing exercises.
EAT DARK CHOCOLATE Eating any chocolate makes you feel better, right? However, we’re not looking at milk chocolate varieties, which are loaded with sugar and not much else, but rich dark chocolate, which contains a compound known as epicatechin. This compound is highly sought after, as it has multiple beneficial effects on improving heart health, brain function and more, but also the ability to reduce the effects of stress, and perceived stress. Perceived stress is defined as a relative level of stress, since what affects one person may not affect another. Improving your threshold that causes negative effects is extremely important. GET A MASSAGE Why is it that people often opt for massages when feeling stressed? Simple, because it works! Stress is much more than “psychological”, as its effects manifest throughout the body; muscular pain, tension, inability to sleep and much, much more. A massage can help address some of the manifestations of stress, such as pain and tension. Some massage therapists are also trained in the art of acupressure, which is using focused pressure at specific acupoints in order to get “chi” flowing once more. Chi (or qi) is believed to be life energy, with blockages of it resulting in many maladies that we cannot fully explain. There is likely no other technique that has a more profound effect on many facets of human health as meditation, yet most people do not practice any sort of.  Meditation does not need to be made into a complex science, but at its core involves focusing the mind on absolutely nothing beyond the immediate present. Anxiety surely worsens your stress burden, and meditation perfectly helps to eliminate worry of the future or past. LAUGH AND HAVE A GOOD TIME The number one enemy of stress is fun. Laughter is the best medicine after all, as it can do miracles, ranging from reducing blood pressure, mediating pain responses, and helping to manage the negative effects of the stress hormone cortisol. Stressed individuals rarely take time out to smile and have fun, which only feeds the flames of a downward spiral. Make time for memories, have fun with family and don’t take yourself too seriously.

Stay in a specific room. If you're sick or suspect yourself to be sick, it's best to stay in a designated room or area away from others. If possible, have a designated toilet and bathroom as well.
Call your doctor or hospital before visiting. If you need to seek medical attention whether for viral symptoms or other medical care reasons, contact your doctor or hospital ahead of time so they can prepare and take precautions for your arrival.

THE UNKNOWN You’ve probably heard the saying by Roy T. Bennet, “You never change your life until you step out of your comfort zone; change begins at the end of your comfort zone.” It’s true that during the times you step outside your element, you experience who you really are. It’s about facing our fears and doing things we are passionate about. We often live our lives with the “I cannot,” “I don’t want to,” or “it’s too difficult” thoughts that keep us stuck and unhappy. It’s only until we realize that when we stop letting our negative thoughts control us, that we find our true self.
Stepping into the unknown is frightening, the place just beyond where we can see the outcome of doing it. That’s the part that makes our hearts pump faster, make us break out into a cold sweat and yet, we yearn to see what’s there. Staying in our comfort zone keeps us from stepping into that unknown. It keeps us secure and safe. Your comfort zone is the basis of your life now. It’s how you define who and what you currently are. But what would happen if you stretched outside that zone? Would bad things happen? Or would you suddenly be excited about life? How do you know if you should step into the unknown? Begin by writing down 10 things that doesn’t scare you and you do often. This could be things like traveling by bus, giving a public speech, or whatever it is that doesn’t scare you. It’ll be different for each person, because we all have different comfort zones. Describe how it feels to live within your comfort zone. Be as detailed as possible using feeling words. How does it make you feel to be in your body, your mind, and your life?

Lack of emotional clarity might be holding you back for more fulfilling relationships You’ve probably have heard this old saying: if you don’t love yourself, why should you expect others to do what you can’t do for yourself. There’s a lot of truth to that. Let’s put it this way, if you are conflicted or confused about your emotions, there's a high chance you are not sending the right signals to people around you. They want to help, and they care and love you, but they can’t quite seem to reach you. I know it hurts but the truth is, it’s all your fault. You have to understand that life is not a movie. When you’re watching movies there is a script, there is a footage, and there are actors. But at the end of the day, you’re watching something that i complete. There’s nothing you can do to influence whatever goes on in the movie. All you can do is sit down, watch the movie and let the directors, screenwriters, and actors perform for you. That’s how it works. I don’t know the exact nature of your relationships but that should not be a one way street. There is give and take. It’s very easy for people to feel frustrated in their relationship because they can’t get what they wanted from it in the first place. They don’t bother to stop and think about their role in the relationship. What are you putting in? How do you influence the flow of the emotional signals that you have with the other person? Is it fair to that other person when you put all the weight on their shoulders? Of course not. You don’t want that done to you, right? This is where lack of emotional clarity comes in.
Most people always focus on how they’re being cheated, how they’re being hurt, and how they’re not getting what they feel they have coming to them. Rarely do they look at the other side. People are very shallow about it. This is a serious problem because if you want more fulfilling relationships, you need to develop the emotional intelligence skill of emotional clarity. A lot of people define this ability in strictly self-serving facts. In their words they say, “I just need to know how I’m feeling and what kind of emotions are going through my mind and heart at any given point of time.” That’s just part of the picture. If you stop there, then it’s no surprise that your relationships are not living up to their fullest potential. What’s the problem here? It’s not just about you that’s a big part of your relationship, but there’s the other side of the equation. You have to also pay attention to the consequences of your emotional signals and most importantly the clarity with which you communicate. People with low emotional intelligence suffer from a disconnect between what they feel and how the other people perceive them. They always think that it’s the other person responsibility to perceive them clearly. Maybe you’re just not communicating emotionally clearly enough. Soy and Sugar Fried Cauliflower What you need: 11 large head cauliflower, cut into florets 1 egg, beaten 2 scallions, thinly sliced 1 cup ice water 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/3 cup garlic chilli sauce 3 tablespoons brown sugar2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons sesame seeds 2 teaspoons sesame oil1 teaspoon grated ginger 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon Kosher salt Vegetable oil for frying
Whisk together ice water, flour, cornstarch, baking powder and salt in a bowl to prepare the batter. Heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a pan. Working in batches, toss cauliflower in batter and fry for 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat and place in a plate lined with paper towels. Combine chilli sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger in a bowl. Toss fried cauliflower in the mixture, sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds then serve. Arrange Brussels sprouts in a baking sheet brushed with olive oil. Season with kosher salt and ground black pepper then bake in a pre-heated oven (375F) for 30 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add flour and milk to the pan and whisk together. Season with salt and pepper then allow to simmer for 5 minutes, or until mixture has thickened. Remove from heat then stir in white cheddar, fontina and 1/2 cup parmesan. Mix until cheeses are well-incorporated in the mixture. Fold in Brussels sprouts and cooked pasta then transfer everything to a baking dish. Combine bread crumbs and remaining parmesan in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle mixture over mixture over pasta. Bake for 30 minutes in an oven (375F)

Recently, I've found myself, often stating, most others, like me, many of us look better, wearing a mask! All kidding - aside, why do some people, consider the issue of wearing a mask, some sort of violation of their personal rights, and freedoms, and are so adamant, about, not doing so? Since, nearly all public health experts, state, if everyone (or a high percentage) did so, this pandemic would be far less severe, dangerous, and/ or, threatening! Instead of it being a common sense oriented activity, we have witnessed, President Trump, and some of his enablers, fight the efforts, and articulate a message, questioning/ opposing this

With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, 5 possible reasons, the anti maskers, have seemed, so opposed, and unwilling, to consider, the public health benefits. 1. Violates rights: Isn't it interesting, many of those, who claim, this, would violate their right, and they should have the ultimate say, over - their - bodies, etc, are, often, the most opposed, to a Women's Right to Choose? If, restaurants, in many areas, must restrict, access to, only those, wearing shoes, and a shirt, etc, for health reasons, how does this differ? Rights, and freedoms are rarely
unrestricted, for common sense, reasons! One can't scream, Fire, in a busy building/ theater, etc, so, would you argue that violates your free - speech rights, etc. If, in a deadly pandemic, one can't appreciate and understand/ appreciate, the reasons, for wearing a mask, it says far more about the individual, than the value of doing so!. 2. Macho: President Trump, seems, to, have been trying to appeal to his core supporters, by, effectively, stating, it wasn't Macho, to wear one! This is not an issue about anyone's strengths, and/ or, weaknesses, but whether, people are ready, willing and able, to sacrifice, to some degree, for the greater good! 3. Trump's example: Whether it's this, specific issue, or, many others, if people, can't feel, and believe, in the integrity, truthfulness, and intentions, of the holder of the highest office in this land, what type of example, is he setting? This must be, not about politics, and/ or, any personal/ political agenda, and self interest, but about the overall health, and well - being of the public!

I'm not worried: How often, have we heard, one of the mask - deniers, proclaim, the virus, isn't that dangerous, and he isn't worried, and then, often, cites some ill - conceived, conspiracy theory, to support his misguided approach!. 5. Others can stay home, if they're afraid: We've all witnessed, some people, proclaiming, it's an individual choice, and they believe, those who are fearful, can, and should, stay - home! It might be about freedom, and liberties, to - some, but, in reality, it must be about the greater good!Wear a mask it's the least we all can do, to try to get rid of this horrific virus, and bend the curve, of the pandemic!
