1. Module Overview

Outcomes: - Participants will identify their personal goals, and their strengths and weaknesses in regard to this goal (basic). - Participants will evaluate and reflect on their strengths and weaknesses and will be able to identify the necessary changes in response to new opportunities (intermediate).

h. Format: - offline / online - mediated individual task, ~15 participants - 1 instructor / 15 participant - 3 sessions (3 steps): Intro about selfawareness (60 min); participant task (120 min); evaluation (30 min)

2. Instructor Manual (Learning Path): The module is based on the development of selfawareness, but in different ways for different proficiency levels.

STEP 1: What is self-efficacy

Each level starts with a discussion of the importance of self-awareness and self-efficacy in general and the related literature (background material is available in the resources section below).

STEP 2: TASK for the participants

Basic level: WHO AM I? - At this level, the aim of the training is for the participant to become aware of his/her own identity and to reach a basic level of self-awareness - Outcome of the task: compilation of a "Selfawareness report" by the participants. My strengths; my weaknesses; my ideal self; my goals; my fears - Method utilised to compile the self-awareness report:

(1) Self-awareness tests (see point 5 below)

Intermediate level: HOW CAN I GET BETTER? - At this level, the aim of the training is to explore the participants' personal development pathways. - The outcome of the exercise is the creation of a "Self-improvement journey" by the participants. In this, the following details are elaborated: What do I need to change to reach my goals; Who can I follow (role-models); How can I change my everyday routine - Methods utilised to compile the self-improvement journey: (1) Listing your previous successes (as benchmarks) (2) Role-model collection (collecting inspiring personalities) (3) Listening to inspirational & motivational talks

Advanced level: HOW CAN I INSPIRE OTHERS? - At this level, the aim of the training is to expand the personalities of the participants to inspire others - Outcome of the exercise: the creation of a "Personal branding action plan" by the participants containing the followings: What are my unique values that I would like to show to the public; How can I manage my personal representation (social media); What is the message that I would like to be associated with; How can I bring this message to the public - Methods utilised to compile Personal branding action plan: (5) Personal social media accounts evaluation & harmonization (6) Personal social media content generation (videos, talks, etc.)

STEP 3: Evaluation and presentation Each level ends with a moderated discussion of the results. It can be done in a written form or personally also.
