This was a group project created for my Retail Buying Simulation class. We chose to create a 6 month buying plan for Burberry because of their innovation with technology and the new direction they are going in with Christopher Bailey as CEO and Creative Director, targeting the millennial consumer. Based off brand and competitive market place research conducted, we created a 6 month buying plan as if we were part of a buying team at Burberry buying Women's Outerwear for spring 2015.
