Editor’s note Dear Readers, as I mentioned in our color report, the key color trends of the Autumn / Winter season are: RUSTIC RURAL, DESERT DUNES, EXOTIC TRAVELER, AND efflorescent. In our color report we talked about each of the color themes and where designers were drawing their inspiration from. For this report, “How She Wears it”, we are going to show you ways each of the color themes have been shown on the runway and how they have trickled down to the streets. each of this season’s color stories transcends the boundaries of style, with each one lending itself to numerous types of dress. popular textile choices include, knit, silk, suede, and fur. The theme of the season is that color takes precedence especially when incorporating prints, while silhouettes become more relaxed and minimal. Let this report serve as your “cheat sheet” on how to style this season’s key colors.
