3. At STEP 1 page, second choice is High School. Click GO.
4. At STEP 2 page, use pull-down menu for Month and Date of birth. Type in year of birth. •
On second line, click FIND.

In popup window, on first line type COOK, Click Go then choose COOK HIGH SCHOOL from pulldown menu. Click CONTINUE.

5. At STEP 3 page, • ACCOUNT INFORMATION Type in first name, last name, and select year of graduation from the pull-down menu.
