The newly released QS World University Rankings 2024 has selected Chulalongkorn University the best in Thailand for 15 consecutive years (since 2009), moving it from 244th in the world.
Chula Representatives Taking Part in NAFSA 2023 in Washington, DC
Chulalongkorn University, represented by the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Program of the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, the Bachelor of Arts in Economics (EBA) Program of the Faculty of Economics, the International School of Engineering (ISE) of the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and the Office of International Affairs and Global Network (OIA), took part in the 75th NAFSA Annual Conference & Expo held from May 30 to June 2, 2023, in Washington, DC, USA. NAFSA 2023 provides Chulalongkorn University with the opportunity to discuss academic collaborations with partner universities, networks, and international organizations. The international partnerships initiated and strengthened by presence at NAFSA 2023 may contribute to an increase in the number of international students at Chulalongkorn University.
A Talk by the Chula President at the 27th APRU Annual Presidents’ Meeting
From June 25 to 27, 2023, Professor Bundhit Eua-arporn, Ph.D., President of Chulalongkorn University participated in the 27th Annual Presidents’ Meeting of the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). President Bundhit delivered a talk in Session IV: Panel III – Educating Future Generations for Planet Thought Leadership. He shared his thoughts on how Chulalongkorn University has prepared students to take leadership roles in addressing planetary challenges and has equipped them with the mindset, knowledge, and skills to become change-makers after graduation.

Congratulations to Associate Professor Natcha Thawesaengskulthai, Ph.D., Global Chief Innovation Officer, on receiving the Prime Minister Award: National Startup 2023 in the category of Evangelist of the Year, sponsored by the National Innovation Agency (NIA), (Public Organization). This award is presented to startups, organizations, and individuals in Thailand that have made outstanding achievements in the field of startups and innovation. Its objective is to recognize and honor those who have contributed to the promotion and support of Thailand’s startup ecosystem and innovation.
