Resilience

In difficult circumstances, conflicts, and life-changing events, we often need inspiration and support to move forward. When facing adversity, failure, or other traumatic events, we often need inspiration and support to move forward and live beyond them. Resilience looks at how we learn to recover and how we can lead others to do the same by practicing the following resilience “skills”: reframing our reality, encouraging creativity, looking for strengths, fostering compassion, facing our fear, and practicing resurrection.

Communication

Drawing from a variety of sources, this Little Book addresses how we can communicate more effectively, and how we can lead others to do the same. Communication is fundamentally about relationships: community, conflict, competition, cooperation, and consensus. Remaining aware of both intent and impact as we try to live out what it means to be the body of Christ in today’s world, the more we understand one another, the more we are able to share the love of Christ. This Little Book addresses various aspects of faith-based communications from theology to practice, from general to specific.
