Located directly across Perth Lane in Winter Park, the Center for Health & Wellbeing (CHWB) considers neighboring Ward Park its backyard. In fact, the Winter Park Health Foundation, co-owners of CHWB, supported the park’s beautification project during construction of CHWB with a grant to the City of Winter Park. The cover imagery for this edition of Wellspring was shot in Ward Park and in CHWB’s Meditation Grove, both locations providing dedicated spaces for tranquility and contemplation.

Featuring breathtaking mature Live Oak trees, CHWB’s Meditation Grove was designed as an open space to encourage active contemplation. In Ward Park, a walking labyrinth offers opportunities for simultaneous contemplation and movement, an ideal combination to bring your mind to peace and find an overall improved state of wellbeing.
