English Abstract We have to confront the new situation: due to the growing influence of the Hyperconectivity, our cognitive abilities are changing. The Hyperconectivity has changed the way we live, we work, we think and we learn, and that means a new ecosystem for the academic libraries. This proposal seeks to analyze the challenges posed by the hyperconected generations for academic libraries to the horizon of 2030 and is structured around three central considerations, with the following structure: 1. Who are the Hyperconected (Analysis of Hyperconectivity, Cognitive characteristics of hyperconected students, A new ecosystem for libraries, for a sustainable future). 2. Transformation: The necessary e-‐evolution (opportunity to create a new vision: research and development in library, Rethink how we use spaces).
