The pleasing and practical styles offer a consistent number of pieces with solutions for basins, baths and showers. We have extended our Hexa range with a lever version which includes a stylish single lever mono basin. Our new high flow exposed thermostatic bar shower mixer is a competitively priced low pressure mixer which delivers 14 litres a minute at 0.2 bar. A unique white faced flexi shower handset has also been added, available as single or multi function with a wide choice of slider bar kits. Chrome Plated - A ten year guarantee is extended on all bathroom and kitchen products with Cifial UK’s chrome plate finish when installed in a residential application Unique and Special finishes: A one year guarantee is extended on all bathroom products with Cifial UK’s special finishes when installed in a residential application. All special and unique finishes are non returnable, General Cleaning - We recommend that Cifial products are cleaned using a soft damp cloth, we strongly advise against using any cleaning products, either powders or liquids, as they may contain harmful chemicals which could damage the product.

Guarantee:

A ten year guarantee is extended on all components to be free from failure due to defects in material and workmanship when installed in a residential application

Wear and tear parts:

A one year guarantee is extended on all wear and tear parts including sealants, waste clickers, membranes, tap cartridges, diverters, flexible hoses and electronic components.

Shower guarantee:

A five year guarantee is extended on all parts of our shower fittings when installed in a residential application. All cartridges within our shower valves are only covered if maintenance procedures are followed. Failure to follow maintenance procedures voids the guarantee. See website for full instructions. Maintenance: The thermostatic cartridge especially in hard water areas should be removed and cleaned regularly, and the thermostatic control handle moved between maximum and minimum limits in accordance with our installation instructions to prevent the build up of limescale incrustation which could block up the thermostatic cartridge. The shower heads need to be regularly ‘rubbed’ to prevent the build up of limescale.

part G New regulations have been introduced for new buildings and works requiring planning permission. One of the main aims of these regulations is water efficiency:

water efficiency Basin taps: Where marked will be limited to 5 litres per minute on a high pressure system. This works out as an average daily usage of 9.48 litres a day. For all other basin mixers please consult with the sales office where we can offer other solutions on flow restriction. Shower heads: Where marked our showers will be limited to a maximum of 9 litres per minute, therefore having a 4 minute shower you would use 36 litres a day.
