introduction Cifial have carefully put together thermostatic showering combinations, providing you the customer with maximum benefits in function and safety. Cifial are a manufacturer with factories in Portugal where we take pride in the products we produce by maintaining the highest quality and best performance whilst considering the environment by reducing water usage. Most of our shower heads come complete with a flow limiter which limits the volume to 9 l/m. We also use the air technology on many of our heads whereby air is introduced to the flow of water in the shower head. This volumises the water producing a rejeuvanating shower which is gentle to the skin. Chrome Plated - A ten year guarantee is extended on all bathroom and kitchen products with Cifial UK’s chrome plate finish when installed in a residential application Unique and Special finishes: A one year guarantee is extended on all bathroom products with Cifial UK’s special finishes when installed in a residential application. All special and unique finishes are non returnable, General Cleaning - We recommend that Cifial products are cleaned using a soft damp cloth, we strongly advise against using any cleaning products, either powders or liquids, as they may contain harmful chemicals which may damage the product.

A one year guarantee is extended on all wear and tear parts including sealants, waste clickers, membranes, tap cartridges, diverters, flexible hoses and electronic components. A five year guarantee is extended on all parts of our shower fittings when installed in a residential application. The thermostatic cartridge is only covered if maintenance procedures are followed. Maintenance: The thermostatic cartridge especially in hard water areas should be removed and cleaned regularly, and the thermostatic control handle moved between maximum and minimum limits in accordance with our installation instructions to prevent the build up of limescale incrustation which could block up the thermostatic cartridge. The shower heads need to be regularly ‘rubbed’ to prevent the build up of limescale. The following are not covered by our warranty: - damage incurred by daily use, product misuse or inadequate installation - damage to the surface caused by improper cleaning or spills of chemical products - damaged products due to the poor quality of water (i.e. hard water or water with impurities or chemical substances) - damage caused by frost For all technical details please visit our website www.cifial.co.uk

NB. When both top & bottom valves are operating at the same time this will affect the flow rate. Bottom outlet runs at slightly higher temperature than top valve.

Our thermostatic valves are designed to function on both high and low pressure. The thermostatic control is set at 38oc which can then be manually overriden to a maximum of 48oc offering safety and comfort.
