Jaco Odendaal Managing Director and Head of Management Accounting, Exceed Tax & Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd, South Africa Exceed Tax & Advisory Services, in association with Tenk Loubser & Associates, provides national and international specialised advisory, tax, financial and fiduciary services to both corporate and private clients. Jaco Odendaal, a trained Chartered Accountant in South Africa with over 10 years of audit practice experience, started a new management accounting division at Exceed based on clients’ needs and demands. With a clear preference for execution and delivery, Odendaal recruited part qualified management accountants. ‘Having the CIMA interns at Exceed has been very beneficial to us as a company because they have been able to bring and apply management accountancy tools and techniques to find practical solutions,’ he says. ‘As consultants, our management accountants have been able to analyse clients’ related business issues and provide appropriate solutions whenever required.
