UPCOMING EVENTS Members CPD networking event - 'The case for the "board mandate"' The ‘board mandate’ is proposed as a powerful instrument for improving board effectiveness and thus contributing to the long-term sustainability of the organisation. A mandate is a living statement about what the company stands for and how it wishes to be known to all of its stakeholders. Its most powerful application is as a reference base for strategic decision-making.
