“To begin, we will stock Carte d’Or Brut, 100% Chardonnay grapes, offering a brilliant pale gold colour, fine bubbles, and a nose of candied lemon, peaches and pears. Then, the Extra Brut, with a yellow robe, delicate
bubbles, elegant notes of white blossom, grapefruit and pineapple and low sugar content. Finally, the spectacular Cuvee Prestige Brut, aged on lees for a minimum of forty-eight months with an intense structure, tiny bubbles, ripe peach, and nectarine notes.”
