To adopt the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Institute held on 16 June 2009.

To adopt the Annual Report of the Council of the Institute for the year ending 31 December 2009.
3.
To adopt the Annual Accounts and Report of the auditors for the year ending 31 December 2009.
4.
To re-appoint Chantrey Vellacott DFK as auditors of the Institute.
All CIPR members are warmly invited to attend. Following the formal AGM business: Guest speaker, Matt Tee MCIPR, Permanent Secretary Government Communication, will be talking on the current and future challenges for government communications. CIPR Chartered Practitioners 2009 will be presented with their certificates.
