Kate is the director of Capital B Media, an agency based in Yorkshire that offers media training and PR consultancy. Kate was a BBC journalist for more than 20 years, working mainly in radio, but also in TV and print media. Her media training clients include the NHS, police, fire, local authorities and charities. Colin has a BA Journalism from Edinburgh Napier University and was one of the first mainstream media personalities in the UK to use the Twitter social network.
