Whilst recruiting we are discerning. We seek people with personality that are the right fit for both our colleagues and customers. We also have rigorous pre-employment procedures to thoroughly assess applicants and adhere to BS 7858 BSI vetting standards.

LEADERSHIP

Retaining our people is one of our biggest strengths. We focus heavily on developing people from within and we support them through specific mentorship programmes as part of our succession planning model. Ultimately we apply a fundamental psychological principle: we acknowledge and reinforce those behaviours that we want to see more frequently by showing authentic recognition.

We hold the NSI Gold accreditation which certifies the greatest perceived value across the industry and by the police, fire and rescue services and insurers.

CIS holds SIA Approved Contractor Status for the provision of Security Guarding, Door Supervision, Key Holding and Public Space CCTV services.

CIS Front of House was established in March 2017. We provide fully-managed Reception and Front of House services and ensure that our customers have a team that is an extension of their brand image.

Our FoH teams work closely with security teams to provide a seamless service for our customers and their guests.

As the first point of contact, our goal is to ensure that the customer journey is impressive, positive and memorable for all the right reasons. It is not just about looking smart and being efficient, but also about having a professional, yet warm approach, making people feel at ease and reassured about our customers’ organisations.

We support the goals of the National Apprenticeship Service’s (NAS) Apprenticeship Programme of increasing apprenticeships across England.
