While drivers may lament moving their cars twice a week because of alternateside parking, Jessica Tisch will not only oversee nicer streets due to more frequent cleanings, she also starred in a TikTok from the sanitation department’s account where she said the streets were “crying out to be cleaned up.”

It’s hard to say whether he’s a winner or a loser, but he’s certainly something. Joel Giambra decided not only to drop out of his Western New York state Senate race, but dropped his affiliation with the Republican Party altogether. He was just too darn disgusted with the direction of his party. It might be too soon to make incumbent Ed Rath a winner though, considering his looming general election battle, but last week still had plenty of Winners & Losers to choose from.
