CF SERTOMA CLUB VOLLEYBALL Age: 3rd–6th Grade Dates: September 10–October 22 Days: 9–9:55am / 3rd & 4th Graders 10–10:55am / 4th & 5th Graders 11–11:55 / 5th & 6th Graders Days: Saturdays Location: Peet Jr High Fee: $44 by Sept 4 / $49 starting Sept 1 Description: 55 min. sessions Players will be taught the basic fundamentals of volleyball through team practice, fun drills, individual instruction and games. All participants will be placed on teams and receive a program t-shirt. Please register early, as all programs are limited in size. BRUMMEL MADSEN INSURANCE AGENTS NFL FLAG FOOTBALL Age: 1st–6th Grade Dates: Practices late August Games Begin: No earlier than September 8 Game Location: Pfeiffer & Birdsall Parks Practices: Various schools & parks. Fee: $44 by July 31 / $49 starting Aug 1 1ST & 2ND GRADE DIVISION Games are scheduled Saturday mornings. Coaches will schedule practice days, times and locations. Players will be notified with details about first practice after August 24. 3RD & 4TH GRADE DIVISION Games are scheduled Monday or Thursday evenings after 5pm. Coaches will schedule practice days, times and locations. Players will be notified with details about first practice after August 24. 5TH & 6TH GRADE DIVISION Games are scheduled on Tuesday or Thursday evenings after 5pm.Coaches will schedule practice days, times and locations. Players will be notified with details about first practice after August 24. Description: A Six game season. This 5-on-5 game provides exciting, non-contact play with all players being in skill positions. This game emphasizes the basic football skills of passing, catching, defending, and running. Players will also learn about formations, pass patterns, and different types of defense. Participants should sign up according to their elementary school. All players will receive a football jersey. Register early; all programs are limited in size. Those players signing up after the registration deadline may not have their jersey in time for their first game. Parent volunteer coaches are needed. If interested contact Brock Goos at 319-273-8636. TNT TUMBLING!-TENTATIVE Ages: Boys and Girls 3 years–Kindergarten Children MUST be three prior to start of program, no exceptions. Children must be out of diapers, potty trained and follow directions. Fall Tumbling: *Dates subject to alter based on TNT competition conflicts that may arise. Fee: $30 Class Location: Cedar Falls Recreation Center Registration: Taken at the Recreation Center or online https://bit.ly/CFRecRegister

INDOOR PARK Indoor Park is a drop-in program at the Recreation Center Gym. Parents of preschool age children can bring their children to the Rec Center where toys and play equipment will be available to the children providing a safe controlled climate park environment during the winter months. Age: Parents and preschool age children only. We do not allow older siblings in the gymnasium during indoor park. Children 9 months and older will be required to pay the admission fees. Dates: October 18–April. This Program meets only when CF Public Schools are in session. In the event of a school holiday, scheduled day off, or weather related cancellation the Indoor Park will not be held. If you have questions, please call the Rec Center at 319-273-8636. ADULT FALL 12" HONOR LEAGUE SOFTBALL Age: 18 years or older Dates: August 23–end of September Days: Tuesdays &/or Thursdays Times: 6–10pm Location: Birdsall Park Fee: $200 team/$225 Mixed League Deadline: August 14; number of teams is limited. Description: 10-game Honor League season, Mixed & Men’s Leagues. In order to be registered, a team must pay the registration fee in full, declare a team name, and preferred level of play. The person whose account the team is registered under will be considered the captain. The leagues are limited in size; teams will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. All games are call-yourown (Honor League). Standings will be kept, with awards going to top teams. ADULT KICKBALL LEAGUE Age: 18 years or older Days: Wednesdays Dates: Begins August 24 Times: 6–10pm Location: Birdsall Park Fee: $75 Deadline: August 14; number of teams is limited Description: This 6-game season plays on Wednesday evenings at Birdsall Park. Teams may consist of any combination of men and women 16 years or older. Ten will play on the field at a time; bat (kick) as many players as you want with unlimited substitution. Mixed and Open Divisions, call-your-own. Standings will be kept, with awards going to top teams. RACQUETBALL LEAGUE Age: 16 years & older Dates: Session 1 Play Begins October 18 Location: Cedar Falls Rec Center Registration Deadline: October 16 or until filled Fee: $35 Description: Weekly matches are as scheduled between you and your opponent, master schedule provided by Rec Center. Coed A, B, and C Leagues. This league will provide competitive play with a variety of players to choose from within your registered division or level of play. The Recreation Division will schedule your match and provide you with court availability.

SUMMER FUN! The Falls Aquatic Center provides a day of fun for you, family, and friends this summer. The staff at The Falls requests you take a moment to review a few things prior to your visit. The Falls Aquatic Center has a Code of Conduct Policy to provide a positive environment for all who attend the facility. To that end, we will uphold ourselves and our guests to the following standards of behavior: • Demonstrate and encourage good courtesy and respect toward others at all times. Have self-control, self-discipline, and resolve any conflicts positively. • Maintain a positive attitude while visiting and keep the tone, volume, language, and gestures appropriate and positive. • To accept responsibility for one’s behavior, actions, and words, with the understanding that unacceptable behavior will have consequences that limit or eliminate the ability to participate or attend in the future. There are many different types of unacceptable or inappropriate behavior. Consequences for unacceptable behavior will vary based on the severity of the action(s) and any previous history of poor behavior. Responses by the City of Cedar Falls Recreation Division staff may include but are not limited to: verbal and written warnings, immediate dismissal, potential suspensions or expulsions, and under extreme circumstances criminal charges. Parents, we encourage you review this with your children. All parties must abide by the staff’s decision at the time of the incident. SUMMER SIZZLER SWIM MEET—BLAST

At The Falls Aquatic Center Date: July 7–10 Zero Depth Area and Lazy River will be OPEN to the public. Lap Pool area CLOSED to the public. Public attendance will be capped at 1200 people. If we reach the cap, as four people leave, four additional people will be let in. Spectators welcome. Pool admission fees apply.

DOGGIE DIP: AUGUST 22

At The Falls Aquatic Center from 6–8 pm, Staffing and Weather Permitting Any licensed dog who wants to swim may bring 1–3 owners with them to the pool. Admission is $5 per dog (includes one adult owner); additional owners are $4 each. Season swim passes will not be honored. All those entering the pool area should be prepared to get wet. Summer 2022
