DOWNTOWN LAND USE BYLAW PUBLIC HEARING AND NOTICE OF BYLAW C4-16

The Land Use Bylaw is used to regulate development in our city. It outlines what can be built where and how buildings and land can be used. The Downtown Land Use Bylaw is a new section in the Land Use Bylaw that will introduce development regulations specific to the downtown. These regulations address building heights, building designs, landscaping, parking, and other development requirements. The Bylaw will introduce eight (8) new land use districts in the downtown. You can get a copy of the proposed Bylaw at fortsask.ca/downtownlub or City Hall (10005 102 Street). A Public Hearing will be held on: Date: Tuesday, April 26, 2016 Time: 6:00 pm Location: City Hall Council Chambers 10005 - 102 Street

Prerequisite: Bronze Cross and Current Standard First Aid or AEC Builds on skills and knowledge taught in the prerequisite certifications to develop a sound understanding of lifeguard principles, good judgement and a mature, responsible attitude towards the role if a lifeguard.
