March 10th and 24th - FREE 9am - 10:15am, Senior Center Need a hand with your tricky gadgets? We'll show you how to navigate your new gadget!
March 18th - FREE 11:15am - 12:15pm, Senior Center Join Volunteer Carol Poole and Maddie, the Red Tailed Hawk, to learn about raptors and the work that the Napa Wildlife Rescue does to help orphaned and injured wildlife get back to the wild.
Chair Yoga Thursdays - FREE 10am - 11am, Senior Center Start your day off right with yoga using a chair for sitting or support while standing. Instructor Laura Nash guides you through meditation, breathing, and gentle movement exercises.
Fall Prevention: A Matter of Balance Wednesdays, March 4th - April 22nd - FREE 12:30pm - 2:30pm, Senior Center Improve your balance and flexibility with this 8 week course. Set goals for yourself, while you work to decrease your risk of falls. Register at the front desk or call (707) 647-5350.
AARP Foundation Tax-Aid Every Tuesday, February 11th - April 14th - FREE 9am - 1pm, Recreation Center Ages 50+ With the help of IRS certified volunteers, we'll make tax season less of a hassle for you. To make your appointment, call (707) 647-5350. Unfortunately, drop in's are not accepted.
