Water Aerobics
Join us for a low-impact aerobics class at the Phillip West Aquatic Center (100 Benton Way). This class features cardio exercise for a full-body workout in a fun and enjoyable environment. Participants have the option to register for a session or pay a daily drop-in fee.
Living with Cancer
Join us for an informal networking forum where we share information, resources, and experiences for those navigating the cancer journey. Together, we can sift through information, avoid misinformation, and support one another. Participants will drive choice of topics for discussion. Please note that no medical advice will be given during these sessions.
