Memory Tune Up
November is National Alzheimer’s Awareness! We invite you to join us for Memory Tune-Up on Wednesday, Nov. 13 and Nov. 27, from 11:15am to 12:45pm. Fill your toolbox with a variety of mentally stimulating activities designed specifically for those wanting to ‘boost their brains.’ Brain-boosting tips and current research will be given in each class. Have fun and learn how you can be good to your brain!
Self Defense 55+ Workshop
Come to the self-defense workshop on Tuesday, Nov. 19, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Learn to stay aware of your surroundings and focus on safety while improving your balance, coordination, stamina and strength.
